Their staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand what needs to be done, what was done, how to maintain your system, etc. This time I had Alan and Jose come out to do the repair. I've also had Alex come out and he is fantastic as well. I needed to have a pump replaced and a part in my heater done. Not only did they diagnose it, but the guys also caught some problems and fix them proactively without an extra charge. They're scheduling system and payment system are automated and very efficient and easy to navigate. Appointments are made promptly and you were able to confirm from your phone. I have no idea how this company has a 4.9 rating. Their service is horrible. They dump way too much chlorine and on several occasions we couldn't use the pool for several days. And they recently tried to sell us $1,000 of "parts" to fix the heater and it turns out it only needed an $18 part. Fortunately I got a second opinion from a more trustworthy company. read more

They came out before noon Jan 2 and traced the problem to the main panel then solved the problem based on a great depth of electrical knowledge. Originally called the team because we noticed some wiring had been chewed on and our heater wasn't working. Assumed it was just the wiring, but found that the rodents had built a nest in the heater and it was ruined. My cartridge filter was leaking water at the base so I need to have the problem fixed quickly to avoid a huge water bill. Freedom Pool Services responded to my request, asked where the leak was, and determined that I need a new filter. They gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable. My system was old so there were additional pipe work to be done. They didn't charge extra fee for that. The installation was done in less than 90 minutes despite the rain.
