Our 1997 Hotspring Jetsetter hot tub needed to be cleaned and restarted after a construction project. Johnny offered a reasonable quote. He was responsive with scheduling. Arrived on time. Performed the job within a couple of hours as promised. Showed us how to maintain the hot tub. Shared links to order a custom replacement hot tub cover since the manufacturer doesn't carry it anymore. And was kind enough to help us carry out the old hot tub cover to the curb. Excellent experience with this spa cleaning company! They showed up on time, were super efficient, and did an excellent job. They were also flexible with scheduling since I had a conflict come up for our original date and easily moved my cleaning to a different date that worked for me. Since I'm a new hot tub owner after moving, I also greatly appreciated how they took the time to explain their process and share tips so I can keep up with maintenance myself. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I also found them to offer great pricing and value for the service.
