Had my most of ceiling and walls redone for my whole house, single story about 2,000 sqft. with mostly 8ft -10ft ceilings. Existing ceiling texture was removed, new texture applied and finished with a fresh coat a paint. Also had all interior walls repainted with various types and sheens of paint. Ramiro did an awesome job working with me on what type of sheen should go in each room. Working with Ramiro was great! He was on time and well prepared when we first met for a quote. His quote was competitive when I reached out to two other contractors and he had the best value. I was also working on my flooring at the time. Ramiro and his team worked great with the other contractor with scheduling work around each other. Anytime something unplanned came up Ramiro told me right away and waited to proceed until he got my direction. He was open to various solutions and was reasonable if it was a cost add. We recently used ACT Professional Painting and Decorating to paint our large living / dining room. Ramiro worked with us, responding quickly to our request and providing us with a very reasonable quote. They were able to fit us in very quickly (due to rain delaying exterior painting jobs). The team was excellent, they covered and thoroughly wrapped everything that we could not easily move, and made a 'curtain' between the dining room and kitchen. They covered the floor from the entrance to the living room. They obtained the paint that we preferred and got on with the job, completing the job in two days, with 2 coats on the ceiling and 3 coats on the walls. Ramiro came by to check on progress a couple of times each day, and he was here as the job was completed to walk through with us and ensure everything was ok. Highly recommend Ramiro and his team for any paint job! Originally we were looking only for interior paint for our 2700 sq day house, but ended up adding kitchen cabinets paint and exterior paint. The whole process was very transparent - Ramiro provided detailed quotes and contracts with progress payment schedules (his pricing is VERY reasonable with paint cost already included). He brought and tested paint swatches for the colors we selected. The paint crew was meticulous in taping/masking/removing all the small items. Ramiro was on site every day, some days multiple times, to check on the progress and provide directions. Also, what really worked for us is that Ramiro was flexible in accommodating our schedule as we had other remodelling projects and the timeline had it be adjusted based on flooring and countertops. Overall, great job on all our three paint projects and now the house looks like new! read more

Ramiro was a referral from my flooring installer because we ended up having to install brand new baseboards in the home we just purchased after installing new hardwood floors throughout the first floor. The baseboards needed to be painted in conjunction with the flooring guy installing them and Ramiro's guys were able to finish it in two days. They did a great job with very few areas needing touch up. In a last minute decision, they also ended up painting the whole house cabinets and stair rail that were stained maple to white. We had just moved in and I asked that they mask off everything and box themselves into each area they were working on because all our stuff was in the house. It took a bit longer because of that but the guys were meticulous and careful and I really appreciated their care. We also ended up moving back out for a few days because I have a toddler and it was too hard to be home while the actual painting of the boxes was done through the whole entire house. Ramiro communicated with me every step of the way and had a very professional contract that spelled out the payment schedule as well as all expectations. It was a pleasure working with Ramiro and his staff. His guys were always courteous and respectful when in our home. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat and I've already referred him to many other friends. We even had Ramiro paint the whole townhouse we moved out of.
