He designed the digital version on site based on measurements, what we had in mind, and his design expertise. If he makes suggestions based, such as "this needs to be at this interval to look even," or, "go with X number of cabinets for balance," just say yes to get the best look. The installers were extremely professional. The cabinets and shelves were installed with laser levels. We had a couple of different plugs and cable feeds, and they took care of it with ease. I never write reviews but I had to leave one for Naim and his team. I had fake ceiling beams installed as part of a remodel. I had the beams done after everything was already done (floors, drywall, painting) and I was already moved in. I was kind of nervous about damage but the crew who installed the beams were incredibly professional, took care of covering floors, worked in a clean manner, and didn't even scuff any part of the walls or ceiling. The beams are beautiful and were installed really well in a vaulted ceiling, with beams having to be measured and cut at an angle on the spot to match the ceiling. Seams between the beams and the wall, and between side beams and main beam are tight and straight, and the finishing is perfect. The main beam had to be prepared for a ceiling fan, and they did that on the spot as well. Throughout the whole project Naim was great to talk to and advise, always called back, stuck to the timelines agreed upon, got us staining samples until we found what we wanted. Our house is like 99.9% wood. When we moved in, even the counters were wood. For the past 10 years we have been trying to find the right experts & business capable of working on the mahogany veneers & redwood without screwing things up that can't be replaced. And we have had a lot of mistakes along the way. When we originally remodeled our kitchen, the space above our fridge was sealed up. We kept thinking it would be better to have that extra storage. The original cabinet builder didn't want to do it. Neighbors recommended Woods Wizards to us and now it's clear why. They were able to figure out the mechanics, the right grain of wood, and got it stained to as close to accurate as one could get, built the cabinets interior in their shop, and had it all up and installed in a single afternoon for us. Absolutely amazing. They came back to address some scuffs on the ceiling, and in the process used that as an opportunity to test some ideas for refinishing the ceilings (also wood, right?) at a later date. And while they were doing all that, they leveled a few other cabinet doors from our previous install that were bothering them aesthetically. Kakha, Azim, Giorgi, and Karim are all great at what they do. Their communication is top-notch, they are very friendly, give reasonable and accurate quotes, and they're great with our way-too-involved cat who found a way to be everywhere they were during the installation. We recently worked with Woods Wizards on a commercial office project. I am a Color Consultant and Designer and we found Woods Wizards from a Google search and we are so happy we did! Naim was able to take our vision and make the design come to life! They made a coffee station cabinet with shelves, a reception desk, a conference room table and credenza and they blended in a tall storage cabinet with an awkward column in the wall and made the column disappear, they also created another column in the hallway to sit along side another awkward column to create a shelving area that beautifully separates the front of the office from the back of the office. They installed a stunning wood slat treatment for the walls, and they created an arch on the wall behind the reception desk in the wood slats echoing the arch over the coffee station. We are SO happy with the projects that Woods Wizards did for us! We recently renovated a small studio apartment and were looking for someone to help us create some really beautiful storage pieces to fit some tricky-sized areas: a tight bedroom closet nook and an oddly shaped bathroom storage area. I just bought a new place and I'm at my desk most of my days so I wanted to go all out in a custom desk. We scheduled a meeting and had a great discussion of the space and goals. During this design meeting, two of them came out and talked about a lot of design options and of course the measurements for that. It was a long nice discussion that didn't feel rushed at all and it ended with a design I wanted and a quote. After a deposit, they started working on it and the finished desk came in about one month which is awesome because all my new furniture I bought from retailers is all delayed for months :D. For the desk, I got a walnut desk and its amazing. I've shown 5 of my friends and they all can tell just from the pictures the quality and craftsmanship. It is now a feature piece in my house and I love it. Installation was with a team of 5 and took about an hour or two and no complaints there. Before finishing and leaving, they asked and told me if there's any issues or modifications I need, they will fix it no problem so that was great.
