I had an amazing experience at Action Alignment. Danny was recommended by a customer who had been going to him for over 20 years. I'd gone to another mechanic who had installed 2 front brake lines and didn't get all the air out of the lines. Danny fit me in even though he was swamped. He got me in and out in under an hour and his price was reasonable (I'd called around). The customer service was bar none. They even let me know that if I have too many keys on my keychain, it could cause engine problems and possibly a fire. I'm glad I can avoid that in the future. Action Alignment has an incredibly charming and adorable shop kitty who honored me with lots of attention and even let me pet her a whole bunch. Danny had my car in and out of there in one day. He only takes cars if you drop them off for the day. There are no set appointments. They are super fast and after they found a second issue they fixed that too without charging me an additional amount. There is no sign, it's just an address. After being there for 44 years they are never slow. They get all of their business from. word of mouth. I showed my regular mechanic what work we got done and he couldn't believe it was done for that price. read more

Danny runs a great shop, his guys are good mechanics and they get the job done. I had a bent front axle on an old truck and they took the time to straighten it fix the alignment issues. They work hard and get things done right. VERY reasonable prices! This is a great shop. They also fix older trucks which is rare to find. He is VERY honest about everything he does, he takes care of his customers. He wants cars in EARLY in the morning because he does so much air force base business and they need to get in by 7am. Went to Danny to get a quote for repair of a newly acquired truck. He told me what he would do and what he would charge. He was ok with me getting my own parts to save $. I still went with Moog as he suggested. Installed what we could and took it back to him for parts we couldn't install. He was receptive and hooked me up. Very happy. Will be returning. read more

Danny is horrible and unorganized. Ruined the alarm on my car doing God knows what to it? I was there to replace a catalytic converter. Why was he messing with my alarm? Never offered to make it right and repair the alarm. Horrible and unacceptable. read more

Just had a short break from work and so decided to take my car in to see when I could get an estimate or schedule an appointment to get some work done as I was told over the phone that I couldn't schedule over the phone and had to bring it in to be looked at. The man started by saying that I should have brought it in earlier in the morning so there would be more time available. Ok sure, I understand that, but he offered for me to drop it off and when I asked what time they closed (to be sure I could make arrangements to come back for it) I was told, "you work on my schedule, I don't work on your schedule." If that's what the customer service here is like I sure don't want to do any business with them. read more

First, let me say this: I joined Yelp JUST to write a review for Action Alignment--because the owner really is that good and honest and trustworthy. He is the most trustworthy mechanic I have met in my life--EVER. In fact, I didn't even think a mechanic COULD be this honest. I found out about this place through a good friend, who told me that the owner is an honest man of integrity--and I can tell you from personal experience that he absolutely is. He is NOT in this business to steal people's money or take advantage of people (especially women like me, who don't know much about cars). In fact, he is more than happy to give you an honest second opinion on what another mechanic recommends you get done. You can count on him for the truth, even if that means he won't be getting your money for work that didn't need to get done in the first place. You don't have to just take my word for it--I understand that you might think I know the owner personally (I don't--in fact, I keep referring to him as "the owner" because I don't even remember his name!), or that I have some stake in the business. I don't. But I do know that praise should be given where praise is due, and that's why I decided to write this review, my first on Yelp. So if you find that a mechanic wants to charge you for all these repairs you're not sure you're need, or you're not sure he's charging you a fair price, just please, take your car to Action Alignment to see what they say about it. You will get the truth--whether it's good for their business or not, it'll always be best for you. (A side note: Of course, a person of integrity can belong to any religion (or none at all), but for those of you who want to support a specifically Christian business, it might be helpful to know that the owner is, indeed, Christian.) read more
