It leaked oil after I got it back. I had to wait for the following season to bring it in. They didn't charge me to stop the oil leak. Got it back and it kept leaking. Took it back a third time, they replaced the clutch kit cover and that fixed the leak. Didn't charge me this last time either, for parts or labor. Highly recommend this shop!

I called these guys, they hooked me up with a tow company and I had the bike brought to them. It was something ridiculously minor and although they are very busy, they had the bike ready to pick up the next day and only charged me a minimal fee!! I guarantee the local Indian dealership not only would have taken forever I'm certain they would have screwed my on the bill. Thank you Fornarelli, I not only have a new shop I would gladly take either of my bikes to, but I can comfortably recommend them to other people, in fact I took a couple extra cards so I could pass them on to other bikers.

I was…read moreon the tollway, going with the flow of traffic at about 70mph, when I suddenly heard an awful, terrifying, loud metal screeching sound coming from my car. When I was able to exit the tollway & pull over to a safe side street, I looked at the under carriage & found that the metal skid plate that covers & protects the underside of the engine, had come loose & was dragging & scraping the pavement. Knowing that issue creates dangerous sparks & other problems I decided to call AAA. Lucky for me, the tow truck driver suggested Charlie Car Care, and took me & my SUV there. The staff took my car immediately, reattached the skid plate with new bolts, and had me out of there in under an hour! Their price was very reasonable! I expected to pay 3-4x more, so was super pleased when they told me the price. The waiting area is nice & comfortable too. In addition to all that, the staff is super friendly. Madeline and Moises are excellent at customer service. Just like the other reviewers say...they are really professional & very friendly. All the staff members deserve 5 stars! If I lived 40 miles closer, I would definitely go back again. I HIGHLY recommend this business anyone that needs help with their vehicles.

The pictures he had of the vehicle made it appear in great shape with little to no rust. He was charging a huge premium for the 4runner, which made me think they must have done some extensive work to it before putting it on the market. Boy was I wrong! I accepted delivery about a week after purchasing the vehicle through Nicholas online. The 4runner smelled like dog, had less than a quarter tank of gas in it, and the rust is just really bad. The rims are rusted and bubbling, the frame is rusted, the engine, transmission, axles, nuts, bolts, clamps, all rusted. Nicholas sold me this vehicle that needs extensive work, knowing I was planning to use it to move my family and I when we PCS from California to Colorado. I can't believe an American business would do something like this to a military family. I wouldn't recommend boutique motors to my worst enemy. This 4runner is a huge stress/burden on myself and my family both mentally and financially during a time when we've already got so much on our plate. As if moving to another state wasn't expensive and stressful already, we have this to deal with. Shame on you Nicholas! I hope it was worth it for you.

They were able to diagnose where the leak was and unfortunately it was in a spot that wasn't where they couldn't repair it. Since I got my set of tires from them and it fell under their warranty, they were able to prorate my new tire at almost half the cost. $140 out the door for a brand new Bridgestone Drive Guard Plus run flats. I'll continue to come back here for my tires . Pro tip: they can repair your flats for you for FREE even if you didn't buy your tires there!

This is now the second time I had a scheduled appointment early in the morning, but upon arrival every single bay was full and my vehicle didn't get into the garage for 45 minutes after my scheduled time. The entire process to rotate the tires was no more than 20 minutes however, the issue is I had a scheduled appointment. There was no apology, no explanation, just an expectation that I was to wait until they decided to get to it. I also noticed on the vehicle tracking app it stated they were done 10 minutes before I even received my vehicle. If you have paying customers that take the time to schedule an appointment please be considerate of our time. I am seriously considering a new location if this continues.
