Okay, that's understandable. I got them fixed at another business within my budget. Now i need front breaks/rotors so obviously i called to get a quote and appointment. They then proceeds to tell me that it was my rear breaks that had the warranty and quoted me $450. I tried to ask questions and getting an explanation but they over-talked me and told me this is their quote. Im beyond disappointed and a little frustrated. I dont know whether to label it a Scam or poor communication within their documentation and business practices. I regret all the referrals and am quite ashamed that i recommended such a company! AWFUL AWFUL experience with this place!

He calls the next day to lie to my face and tell me that it is the blower motor(which was incorrect) that because it is a newer vehicle I could not get an "aftermarket" part. This was most likely done because I was a woman. Paul didn't realize I was raised by my dad who is a mechanic. So I finished the call with Paul playing the "damsel in distress" begging him to save me. I then hung up the phone and called autozone. When Autozone confirmed they had the aftermarket part in hand for 50% less than Paul wanted to charge me, I called Paul back Initially, Paul ate crow and agreed to install the part I purchased. But of course wouldn't guarantee the work. I said, It is a simple install. The part has a lifetime warranty its fine. So I dropped off the part. Paul of course was nowhere to be seen. The mechanic grabbed the part and walked away. Paul was quick to call me up as soon as I turned out of the parking lot to tell me the part was wrong. I told him I would be picking my car up. I walked in, they had supposedly my blower motor(from my vehicle) on the counter next to the one I purchased, however, it had an extra piece protruding from it to make it look different. I told them to give me my car and it escalated into a screaming match. They were going to charge me 149 to diagnose after giving me a 488 total charge which included parts, labor and diagnostics. Luckily Paul's temper got the better of him(he didn't like being called out for his lack of integrity). He said he didn't want my money and I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes while they"put my car back together" Hey Paul, it wasn't the blower motor you moron! Don't assume every woman who walks in the door knows nothing about cars. Integrity goes a long way in life Paul. Chalk it up to a lesson learned and do better next time! Be blessed!

Report of body damage made now added to it f150 motor blown 160kmi not a single engine issue Ryan has it for 1 days to look at the electrical systems starter and alternator and did not move on it after scheduling this time for me to bring it in in 24 hrs only pulled codes and did not even call me I came to pick up my truck the next day the tail light is damaged it's parked halfway off road over a curb and when I start it up it sounds immediately different awful momentarily and I smell for the first time that awful smell of oil or coolant and I said to the policeman Ryan assembled instead of my truck,,,, I don't want to drive away and have my motor blow out and Ryan assured me and the officer that the electrical issue he failed to address would not cause engine failure and within 10 miles a gasket or cylinder blew and my truck is inoperable. There's no communication no accountability no recalls on my model and no rust on my aluminum like he told my family member,,, half of my truck is fiberglass Ryan,,,, in this case I cannot say don't quit your day job,,, you robbed me 5k worth of truck and I am going to have my day in court for all of my property you have destroyed. We are furious with the service here. The lack of communication is just disrespectful. They will over charge you and use crappy parts. My car ran before I took it here now it can't even drive and they only made it unsafe for the road. They installed a radiator and broke the fan. Disconnected the PCV valve which caused the car not to be able to even run. Make claims about other shops being really bad and dishonest. Update: We got the car back with scratches on the driver door and back end and missing a bolt from the air box. I REPEAT NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
