So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. Despite all his mechanics being busy, he personally rolled up his sleeves and got to work. We discovered a blown hose and a fan belt that had jumped off the pulleys. He replaced both, topped off the radiator, and even noticed and fixed a few other minor issues--including adjusting the idle and making a quick repair to the carburetor. He worked quickly, efficiently, and with genuine care. In less than an hour, my Chevelle was running beautifully again--and he only charged me $200. Honest, trustworthy, and incredibly skilled, this gentleman is everything you hope to find in a mechanic but rarely do. Over the last four and a half years I've brought in four different cars including family members cars and all have been handled with premium care. Jeff and Jim have always been overly communicative, never do any work that they don't talk to you and get your approval first, and their team does great work. The pricing is very fair. They will even give a new car a full inspection and give you honest feedback. We had a family member buy a car from Carvana that had some issues that were covered under warranty. CD Jr dealt with the third party completely and updated us every step of the way. If you want your car worked on by honest mechanics who won't talk down to you (a complaint my wife certainly and justifiably has) and treat you with respect, go to Jeff and the gang.
