I left work and drove 3 hours to pick up said prescription only to be told I was misinformed and that it wasn't going to be ready today. Luckily, they were able to "expedite" it and after waiting an hour and a half I received the prescription. This past Friday I called to refill my prescription. I left a message because the office was closed. Tuesday, I hadn't heard from anybody so I went in to try to get it and the lady finally put in the request for me and said they would call me when it is ready. Today. (Wednesday) I receive a voicemail saying I can't refill it unless I set an appointment. I show up at the office 5 minutes later at 10:45am to resolve the issue and I'm told that I "should have called earlier to set an appointment" and I could have gotten in today, but up until 5 minutes earlier I was not aware that I needed an appointment... Luckily I was able to set an appointment for tomorrow (Thursday), given the urgency. Yeah, that's great. But what would have been better is to have been able to receive my prescription today and not have to miss another day of work because of an operator error that was not mine and that I had no idea I needed to provision for. This place is not a bad practice, but of the four months I've dealt with them, two months have been negative experiences. Update (06/27/17): Melissa is rude as hell and I hate doing business at this establishment because she is so condescending and impolite. Today is the last straw with this woman. I called to tell them that my pharmacy said they can't contact my clinic to get my prescription and that I must do it. So I call the clinic, Melissa answers. I tell her what I need to accomplish and she says "well, you need to talk to the pharmacy about that." I tell her that the pharmacy said they can't do it and she says very rudely "well, they can" and just leaves a hostile silence in the air. How about assisting me in resolving the solution, Melissa? Instead of speaking to me like a fool? Finally, I get her to conclude with "I guess I'll get it sent over." Awesome! Now we're getting somewhere. Thank you! Not so fast. I sit here at the pharmacy for two more hours checking periodically to see if they have received anything. Nothing. I call the clinic. Melissa answers. I tell her that the clinic hadn't received anything yet. Very rudely, Melissa says "Well, we're in a clinic, so..." I ask her to clarify and she, rudely again, says "The doctor has to do it and he is probably too busy with patients to deal with it right now. He will probably do it at the end of the day." Thanks for being so informative, Melissa. Thanks for being such a great communicator and thank you for making me feel two feet tall and ruining my day every time I speak to you. I refrained from writing all of this for a long time because I knew that if I did then I would have to awkwardly face these people every time I go in to the clinic. But I've decided I'll just switch providers. I'll miss Dr.Brock, she is a wonderful person. But I am done with this unnecessary insolence.

First, they took almost 2weeks to inform me of a UTI diagnosis and it took that long to have me started on meds as well. Second, when coming in to get my Well Womman exam, i was getting lab work for genetic testing and I had to get stuck twice because the needle slipped out the 1st time causing me to drip some blood down my arm and on the floor. Lastly, when leaving my Well Woman exam I was handed my results from my lan work during my 1st OB visit, but the results weren't explained to me at all. They just handed me the paperwork and had me on my way. Like I said, i absolutely LOVE Dr. F and I wouldn't dream of changing dictors, but i hope that her staff does get better with how they perform their tasks.

When my son developed a sudden cough on a Friday night, I checked the website to make sure Tricities had rapid Covid tests (it said they did, right on the landing page), and then drove 45 minutes to get him checked out. When I walked in, I was directed to a posted sign that said the office was out of rapid Covid tests. Okay, fine. Annoying that only people coming into the clinic would find that out, but I could take him somewhere else for that part. I said I would just get my son checked out to make sure nothing else was going on. Then I was informed that due to a "new policy", I needed prior authorization from our doctor to have him seen because of our HMO plan. The reason I brought him to urgent care is because it's the weekend and his doctor's office is closed. Thus, the "urgent" part. What's the point of an after-hours urgent facility if you need paperwork from your regular doctor to be seen there?! To top it all off, the receptionist was curt, unfeeling, and seemed almost triumphant that as she pointed out each new piece of information. Some suggestions: 1. If there aren't any rapid Covid tests, then that information should be posted on the website, perhaps on the landing page that claims there are rapid Covid tests. 2. A new policy that affects a large group, such as those with HMO insurance, should also be posted on the website. 3. A receptionist with a shred of friendliness sure would be a nice addition to the front desk. I can assure you we won't be back.

I got a call two business days ahead to tell me what my copay was. Great. Today was the appointment. I take a day off from work. I drive through horrendous traffic to get there because it's near downtown and I live in North Fort Worth. I get there and the girl at the front says that the doctor isn't there and "everyone was called." Well, they didn't call me. Except to tell me how much I'd pay upon arrival because I have an HSA and high-deductible plan. Then she asks if I want to see her partner. No. I do not want to see her partner. I scheduled an appointment WITH THIS SPECIFIC DOCTOR. Not her partner. If I wanted to see her partner, I would have scheduled an appointment WITH said partner. She also tried to pawn me off to the PA. If I had wanted to see someone other than the doctor I made an appointment with, I would have MADE AN APPOINTMENT with that person. I told the girl I took a day off for this appointment and that I was NOT happy that I would have to reschedule which won't happen now until mid-November. THEN she asked if I wanted to go to the place in Hulen. Why the hell would I drive even further on the off change the doctor would decide not to be in that day, too? The front desk was unapologetic in their explanation OR offerings of a reschedule. I am FURIOUS. If I had missed my appointment, I would have been charged a no-show fee. I should bill the doctor's office for making me miss a whole day of work AND driving to/from downtown when I live in North Fort Worth. And as it turns out, the rescheduled "appointment" wasn't even scheduled! The front desk people are ridiculous and clearly unorganized. If you're planning to go as a new patient, don't even bother. The front desk doesn't give a crap about you. And, apparently, neither does the doctor since she wasn't even there.

The caregivers have all been wonderful and dad looks forward to seeing them. i would recommend her company to any one who needs care for a family member. They helped with care for dad stuff around the house even picked up some things we didnt have the time to go get.
