Update: I will change my rating from one star to two because Jackie did issue a refund. However, she only offered a refund and did not offer to work with me in the sense of upholding the contract and providing services. I am now left with 3 short weeks to find a vendor that has availability. I am also a full time working mom of two kids under the age of 5 and my time, which is very valuable to me, has been wasted and now I have the added stress of trying to find a vendor at the last minute. I have been left no choice but to leave this negative review. I have reached out to Jackie multiple times through text and email, and have received no response from her for 7 days now. I am a very reasonable person and I understand that things happen and life gets busy, but she has also been actively posting on both of her instagram accounts during these past 7 days. When I first reached out, she was emailing me back in a very timely manner and then when she received my security deposit, all communication stopped. I cannot move forward with getting a permit for my daughter's birthday party at a park because she needs to update her liability insurance for the bounce house. She assured me before booking that she had done a few parties at the same park and had everything I needed to get the permit. My daughter's party is three weeks away and this leaves me very little time to find other vendors. I cannot recommend Little Ones Party and Jackie less, just based on communication with her clients alone. I am sad because her stuff looks very cute and I was very much so looking forward to working with her. read more

I first called up Jackie with questions about assistance with availability with different soft plays we were interested in. She was very helpful with suggestions that would fit the theming of the birthday party, our little dumpling. Their online platform was super organized and easy to navigate. Especially when it came to details we discussed about the customization of the soft play and decals! Didn't need to struggle with "mombrain" on whether or not we completed payments as it was so easy. Day of the event, Ivan was so kind and efficient when setting up and sanitizing the equipment. Really great suggestions on how to maximize the play space while still being comfortable to sit at our tables. They even brought extra balls to color match and compliment our party space PERFECTLY. The decals on the ball pit were also so stinkin' cute. All the kids at the party had a blast playing. We all know how hectic first birthdays can be, but booking with Little Ones Party was one of the services that made it that much easier. We really appreciated to extra effort they put in. We just used them for our baby 1st birthday party at a local recreation center. They were on time and set everything up really fast. I forgot to take a pic, but it looks exactly on their website. The soft play and small mini jumper house was a big hit! All the kids loved it. It got kind of crazy because there were so many kids enjoying it, jumping in the jumper, throwing balls, bouncing on the little animals and crawling up and down the blocks. I cannot think Jackie and her husband enough for making my son's first birthday so special. A lot of my friends have a little kids and we were doing a pool party so I wanted to make sure there was things for them to do as well if they didn't wanna go in the pool and it was so fun even the adults loved playing with the kids in the little play set up.
