Let's start off by saying you cannot talk to the owner. He's never there and never answers. He only calls you and talks to you when it's convenient for him second off . They didn't honor their pricing. They told me one thing I got charged another. And then add all the icing on the cake. My transmission pan gasket was leaking. It was a s**** show to find my converter upon pick up and upon driving an hour back north I realize that they didn't have my dipstick with the transmission so I had to drive two more hours to get a hold of parts that were mine. I'm a young man and have been working on trucks all my life and this shop experience is why I will continue to do the work myself.

He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.
