After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. The car didn't make it to LCHS and back it was overheating. I called and was told to bring it back. When I pulled up to the place the oil change employees was pointing because it was something hanging loose from under my car. Marcus asked me to sit in the lobby so they could check it out. He had me sit there for hours with my child toddler and all. Didn't even offer me a ride home and I live across the street. I left a more detailed review of the situation in my previous review. After the review Bill reached out to me and said my review is killing his business and that he would replace my motor in my car on him. If I took it down. I called him back and asked him to write me a contract I recorded him on my other phone of him saying just give him some time. That was in December. I have not heard anything from him or anyone else at Basha. I lost my job and I've been in a rental since December 4, 2025 wasting thousands of dollars because my main car was also down. I've almost lost my home and I had to give my car back due to me not being able to afford the payments for a car that was not working. And pay for a rental to be able to provide for my family. I'm in a serious amount of debt and at risk of being homeless due to their negligence in handling my car repairs correctly the first time around. FYI iPhones record the date and time the original pic/video was taken. He told me December 4, 2025 he had to get it from across the street. After waiting a few hours and not recieving a call back at 12:28pm and noticed my car was full of snow and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. I recorded a video and everything. I get the video from Bil and it has a date stamped to it of November 28, 2025 at 4:43pm. When I tell Bil that he tells me on the recording they pushed it. That would be impossible the car windows had snow on them still. I've been holding on to these court papers but I'll be filing them in court tomorrow. I'm a single mother of two my kids didn't have a Christmas, we're on the verge of being homeless. While his business continues to thrive. Take it from me don't take your car there! The shelves are all extremely organized and the staff have some what of a family feel going on. Probably due to the mom and pop thing they push which I'm always happy to support rather than places like auto zone which are basically Walmarts and running Michigan into the ground as I type this. I'm pretty big on customer service especially when it comes to auto parts because they can end up costing a pretty penny. That being said I like to know exactly what I'm getting and wouldn't mind someone kindly dumbing it down for me, while not making me feel dumb haha.
