Chuck was on time, explained his methods, pointed out some areas before starting that appears to have been bleached due to some drops f cleaning products. He pointed them out before starting to letus know these were already there and nothing he could do about them. Very professional, set expectations, even cleaned a couple of cloth bar stools we asked him to try cleaning. He didn 't charge for those because he wasn't sure how effective he could be. We added a nice tip for the gesture, and, by the way, the stools were in fact cleaner than they were. Totally recommend this business for your carpet and upholtery cleaning needs. You can't beat service like this.

I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

Steve and his son Steve came out to to the job. The grout looked fine, but 2 of the 3 bedrooms looked horrible - dark dirty shadows similar to the shape of the steamer were left on my carpets. My runner doesn't look as if it was cleaned at all, and my area rug still had its stains in it as well as dirty spots - still looked as if it needed a good wash. I called Steve to come back out and look at the carpets and the oriental rugs. The bedroom carpets he agreed with and could not understand how that could have happened; he said he would come back out and do them again. When I showed him the runner and the area rug, he showed no desire to rectify the situation even after showing him specific areas on the rug. When he refused to take the area rug out again to re-clean it, I offered to have it cleaned when he comes back to redo the bedrooms; he resisted that idea as well. I explained to him that my rugs don't look clean, not to me, not to my family, and not to my cleaning ladies. I'm not a difficult customer, I paid a whole lot of money in CASH for clean carpets and my carpets do not look like they have been cleaned. I am so so disappointed with Action Cleaning Systems and I feel like I was scammed. The website is extremely misleading, and Steve as a proud owner had no desire to clean even what his own eyes saw. Talking to Steve and showing him specific troubled areas, I found Steve to be in a very depressing mood and this made it even more difficult to continue talking to him. The owner and one younger assistant walked through the house with us to see where stains and problem areas were located. They moved all the furniture out of the way and got to work. They pre-treated stains and made sure the area was clean while vacuuming and said to call if anything popped back up. Furniture was replaced with protective pieces placed under legs to prevent carpet from getting dirty, again. Laid down tarps to protect the hardwood floors. Very professional job.
