Turns out, the last shop that did our oil change didn't properly seal the oil filter housing cap, which caused oil to leak all over the engine. Jesse diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, cleaned up the spilled oil, and topped us off with new oil. All at a very fair price. They didn't pressure us to go ahead with the service and were willing to explain the approach that they were going to take. Although I didn't end up getting my car fixed here, I would definitely take it back in the future just because of the nice service. Last week I brought my car in because of three warning lights. They also told me that all lug nuts should be replaced 5/wheel, 20 total. I agreed to replace the brake sensor and lugs. They told me the lug nuts would be over $300 (that's $15/nut), but I m a senior and can't do the work. Today I brought the car in to get the work done. I told the service guy twice that I had to have the car at the end of the day and he agreed. I never heard anything from him. Finally I called but couldn't get through and left a message. He never called back and I have no car. That's what I call shabby treatment. What makes it sting is that I'm paying premium prices for the experience. Stay away
