When the installers came over they had a different color than what I had selected. And sure enough, the lowes purchase order had the wrong color. Couldn't do anything about it when the old door was ripped out already and was forced to keep the door with the wrong color ordered installed. Terrible in every way!!! Not happy with this service. All LOWES projects and shopping are on hold until further notice. First and last time using their services. These three individuals in particular have been so reliable, knowledgeable and committed to helping every time I enter the store on Temecula pkwy. Some employees take control and some employees collect a paycheck. Not everyone is gonna work at HD the rest of their lives and that is OK. Devon, Danny and Vick might not be there 4ever either. What I do know is if I got a question, they answer it with no bull. If I have a problem, they fix it or help me to fix it. If I am having a day, they have a kind word and/or a smile. As I said before, I don't know if they will be at HD forever but, I want them to know how much they have been, are, and will be appreciated going forward. This is where we met Erin! She was simply exceptional in helping us from start to finish. She's very friendly and highly knowledgeable. We were able to garner some great discounts since these blinds were on sale and we get a military discount. I believe these also had a rebate. We were approved for an 18 month financing with no interest rate. It was a win-in situation for us and can't wait to pick up our blinds. For top notch service make sure you look for Erin where the windows section is located. We were very happy with her superb customer service.

Before driving to the store, I called at 1:36 PM to confirm a 24 gun safe was in stock and to verify it could be loaded into my truck. I was told to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing and they would load it with a forklift. I arrived at 7:00 PM, a full hour before closing, only to be given the runaround by the supervisor, Angela. After wasting my time, she finally admitted that she was not experienced enough to operate the forklift and told me to come back another day. That was not an option. I had borrowed a truck, driven hours through traffic, and spent over $75 in gas based on the information their employee provided. Instead of taking responsibility or finding a solution, they showed no concern for the inconvenience or expense they caused. I ended up calling two handymen to help load the 380+ pound safe myself, costing me even more time and money. I decided to wait until the next day and speak with the store manager, Tim, hoping he would make things right. Unfortunately, he was no help at all. He offered no solution, no apology, and no effort to address the situation. That conversation confirmed to me that this store has serious customer service and management issues. By the end of the experience, I would have been better off buying the safe from Turner's or Costco. Poor customer service, poor management, and no regard for customers. I will never shop at this location again and would not recommend it to anyone. Also After being told they could not load the safe because the supervisor claimed nobody was available or qualified, I had to spend additional time and money finding my own help. Tractor Supply is a great store for anything agricultural. Feed for animals, machinery for farms,…read moregardens or even a ranch as well as what brought me in the store, which was to purchase pellets for my smoker. They don't have a large supply of items for cooking outdoors but what they do have is priced good. The store can be confusing but staff are there to help out. Always watch for sales as some real bargains can be found. We live near the wineries and various equestrian ranches so this place is pretty popular. It has its place in our community.
