    They have great service and the nicest employees. I do not agree selling Roundup or anything like it though. Such a bummer they don't take a stand against it.

    Ray was very helpful helping me choose a bathtub and shower w/enclosure. He was very friendly and informative on the items I could pick that were in stock. The store is pretty well organized and the prices are decent but I will still check out Costco and Lowe's to compare.

    This lying company not only wasted my but also my wife's time for three hours, I had to miss work and so did my to hear a presentation from a water filtration company for three hours because they offered us $100 gift card that was a lie!!!!! They scammed us they wasted our time their bullshit!!!!

    Bought their soil that's on sale & now I have to repot and get a refund for the THIRD bag of soil thats FULL of white grey web mold and green disc looking growths. Just potted yam sprouts and the fungus is already onto the ROOTS after ONE WEEK. I'll be going to my usual place for soil. This was ridiculous. I am grateful that they refund but I am sure this could've been caught. I know other places they at least cut the bags open and try to salvage what they can thankfully I had these in clear containers so I could see how it went down! What is this and how many have ruined their gardens with it? Is this at all contagious or associated with the hammerhead worms?

    Rigid battery

    I went in to this location to replace a battery for my rigid impact gun and when I asked the supervisor of the hardware dept. "Dave" was reluctant to assist I showed him what battery I was looking for he took me over to the batteries and before handing me the battery he mentioned the price like I wasn't able to afford it I said I was warranting this one out he said "oh no you have to go through rigid" I said " we'll see" I went to the service desk where laura and Abigail told me to just go get the battery so I retuned to the hardware dept and had asked dave to go ahead and unlock the battery for me and when he unlocked it he HAD to walk me to the service desk and the switch went on without any issues and he lingered there during the transaction I don't know what for but I have never experienced profiling like this at this location usually everyone is super helpful but not "Dave"

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Purchased a Thompson seedless grape vine…read moreand upon ripening it was full of seeds - we dug it out and threw it away - what a waste of a year of time and care! During the time while grapevine was growing (before we knew it wasn't a Thompson seedless) we also bought a Washington naval orange tree. It showed dwarf on the tag but Mike assured us it WASNT a dwarf and was a semi dwarf or standard (which is what I was looking for) no matter what the tag said! Well, now after nearly a year of care and fuss over this orange tree we pick the first orange and it is FULL OF SEEDS!!!!! So now I call Mike and tell him all that is written above and he laughs and says wow do you have bad luck!!! My bad luck was shopping at this small local nursery!!! So my husband gets on the phone. Mike stops laughing. Oh what? More fun trying to intimidate a woman? After some convo w my husband, Mike requests pics and says "he will see what he can do!" So we sent these pics to #951-679-0664, where he requested we send them. Requesting he respond to us. We haven't heard back! Based on the prior grapevines and then the orange tree being mislabeled we don't trust any kind of replacement tree but a full refund. Don't trust Mike! Here are the pics we sent to Mike. Do the right thing and refund our purchase price!!!! Based on other reviews and mine, I sure wouldn't shop here and waste any money or time and effort! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

I think the best thing about Armstrong is that they still have pony packs, meaning six packs of plants. If you go to the big box stores now you can only buy one plant at a time for instance if I want a basil plant I can get six of them in a pony packet Armstrong whereas I would have to pay almost as much for just one at the big box stores. They have San Marzano tomato plants in the springtime. Need I say more? Those are very difficult to find! Every year they give away free ladybug and sometimes free praying mantis that certain times of the year. Armstrong has been here for a long time and I'm very happy they are still here. If you are a senior be sure to ask for the senior discount. They will discount you every time.

    Huge shoutout to Ramona at the Home Depot -- give that woman a cape because she is clearly a…read moresuperhero in an orange apron. I walked in expecting a normal trip (you know... grab one thing, leave with ten), but Ramona turned it into a VIP experience. She didn't just point me in the right direction--she practically escorted me through the wilderness of aisles like a seasoned tour guide who actually cares if you survive. Need help? She's already there. Got a question? She's three steps ahead with an answer, a backup plan, and probably a better idea than what you came in for. At one point I was convinced she might secretly run the whole store. Customer service like that is rare these days--Ramona didn't just go above and beyond, she packed a lunch and stayed there. If every Home Depot had a Ramona, bro DIY projects would be so much easier. 10/10 would get lost in the store to be rescued by her.

We understood the process and were willing to wait for installation. Suzanne called one month later leaving a voicemail and advising all of the blinds were all delivered and we would be scheduled for installation. A few days later Suzanne calls again leaving another voicemail but this time she is stating the blinds are lost in customs somewhere in Tennessee and there's no estimated arrival. We were thoroughly confused considering less than a week prior Suzanne had called and scheduled the installation. I decided to call for clarification on the status of the blinds. Immediately Suzanne was rude, combative and extremely unprofessional. She stated half of the blinds had arrived and she scheduled the installation however this information was NEVER relayed to us. We wouldn't have scheduled blinds for a half installation but rather waited for the entire shipment to arrive. I explained to Suzanne that she never told my husband or I that it was a partial delivery. Suzanne became defensive, called my husband and I liars when we advised her she misinformed us regarding the blinds. Meanwhile we have the voicemail documenting Suzanne stated all blinds were delivered. My husband and I had both taken the day off of work to be there for the blinds installation which was not an easy task due to my husband being in the military. We requested to speak to a manager and spoke to Ramona. She gave the run around about how sorry they were and it's not a reflection of their beliefs of customer service. Ramona also stated the store manager, Mario, would call us directly by the end of the day or no later than the following day. We did not hear from Mario or Ramona and had to call back. We were advised it was "on Mario's to do list to get done" but crickets. Needless to say I will NEVER shop at this location again. The blatant unprofessionalism and lack of value for the customers is astonishing. But does management care? No, they don't. The behavior and blatant disrespect Suzanne displayed is cleared condoned and accepted by Ramona, Mario and all management. Save your money and go to a different location or different store all together.
