    Today was my first time visiting the Lowe's in Marietta, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I came in to pick up two storage sheds and stopped by the Pro Desk, where I was warmly greeted by a young lady at the service counter. She quickly contacted her manager, Michael, who reached out to the loading team. Joseph and Jacob R. wasted no time in helping me get everything loaded up efficiently. Afterward, I went inside to browse for items for a bathroom remodel I'm currently working on. Ian assisted me and was both knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to answer my questions about different products. Overall, this Lowe's impressed me with its helpful staff, positive energy, and excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team--keep up the great work!

    Went to Lowes today to take an item back. There was no problem returning it and the woman in customer service was very nice. The return consisted of a water testing kit that my handyman purchased for me when he was out on a run for sprinkler parts. The cost was $30!!!!! Got a better kit on Amazon for $10. I entered the store through the gardening dept which I very much like. And I enjoy seeing Sharri at check out, when she is there. Friendly, sincere and funny. Today was a pleasant time. Seeing Sharri was a real perk to my day!

    I OVERCHARGED $254.29, AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT!! On July 20th, 2024, I walked into Lowes Escondido to purchase 200 16-inch blocks for a retaining wall. I walked to customer service and was greeted very nicely. I conveyed that I needed qty 200 units, which I had purchased 500 units before, and it was shipped out of the Marietta location. She confirmed that the area had 900 units, then confirmed that a flatbed was needed and that there was a $79.00 delivery fee. We finalized the transaction of $770 for the block, $79.00 for the shipping, and tax of $ 65.80, and the total was $914.80. Delivery was set for Monday the 22nd; Lowes will call with a time to schedule. I received a phone call. Saturday, I thought it was for scheduling at 7:46 pm, and the shipping department was confused. They did not have the block at the Escondido location. I told them it was being pulled from the Marietta location. They stated they would figure it out. I received another phone call from the Escondido Location on Sunday at 8:42 am, and they couldn't figure it out, so I talked with a manager. I told them why dont you back out of the transaction and resubmit it for the Marietta location. They stated they could do that, that I would need to call Marietta and schedule, and that they canceled my order. I called the Marrietta location to remake the purchase at 9:15 am on the 21st. They set up the transaction, but I was told the price was more than just a little bit, but by $254.29. I asked why, and they stated that the block is sold for more through their location, and the delivery fee posted for $79.00 is now $99.00. I needed the block to match the last order, so I purchased it. I was then told that My order would show up 5 days longer than what was originally scheduled; I made arrangements for help that day. I then called Lowes corporate to see if they would help fix the price and was told no. I then looked on the web to see if anyone else had the same block, as I was disheartened by the poor runaround and service. I found out that the same Marietta location had a lower price posted via Google compared to the original lower price I paid for from the Escondido location. This was not a sale price, it wasn't on special! I will think long and hard if I EVER need anything again from lowes. In addition to feeling screwed over by Lowes, they violated California Law with this issue, code 12024.2 BPC. They charged more for the item posted on the web tied to their location. The original order was sold to me at a lower price, then canceled and then charged me more. I do not recommend Lowes!

Before driving to the store, I called at 1:36 PM to confirm a 24 gun safe was in stock and to verify it could be loaded into my truck. I was told to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing and they would load it with a forklift. I arrived at 7:00 PM, a full hour before closing, only to be given the runaround by the supervisor, Angela. After wasting my time, she finally admitted that she was not experienced enough to operate the forklift and told me to come back another day. That was not an option. I had borrowed a truck, driven hours through traffic, and spent over $75 in gas based on the information their employee provided. Instead of taking responsibility or finding a solution, they showed no concern for the inconvenience or expense they caused. I ended up calling two handymen to help load the 380+ pound safe myself, costing me even more time and money. I decided to wait until the next day and speak with the store manager, Tim, hoping he would make things right. Unfortunately, he was no help at all. He offered no solution, no apology, and no effort to address the situation. That conversation confirmed to me that this store has serious customer service and management issues. By the end of the experience, I would have been better off buying the safe from Turner's or Costco. Poor customer service, poor management, and no regard for customers. I will never shop at this location again and would not recommend it to anyone. Also After being told they could not load the safe because the supervisor claimed nobody was available or qualified, I had to spend additional time and money finding my own help.     I got so excited seeing a Tractor Supply because I've only seen stories on them on Instagram and…read moredidn't think we had any here. Of course, it was fitting it was in Murrieta. It's near the Home Depot plaza near Clinton Keith and has plenty of parking. It reminds me of the stores back in Texas, and it's just so fun to see all the stuff in there. They really do sell chicks and ducks! They have a lot of good sales, I got a hummingbird feeder and we got some solar lights that are shaped like tractors, and some seeds. Just random things, but it is really fun walking around. They have everything you could think of and more, and they even have a vet at this location (not sure if that's normal for all locations), but the cashier was so nice. What a fun place to visit for all your gardening/outdoor space needs!

This is such a cool store to come into so it's so sad that they make you feel so unwelcomed. Management needs to step up and make some changes or retrain your employees to at least attempt to look and act like they want to be there. If I was the manager of this store, I would be so pissed that these employees are getting paid and are doing the bare minimum if even that. But, apparently they don't care because it's always a revolving door of unhelpful and impolite workers.
