Appliances 4 Less blew the competition out of the water! They had a 60% off the MSRP sale on Black Friday, and I bought a French door LG refrigerator (including a four year warranty) for just over $900. They sell scratch and dents, but the blemish is barely noticeable. They were able to have an independent contractor deliver it very quickly. The salesperson was friendly and nonplussed, even though she was alone and the store was quite busy. My only concern was that they only carried LG appliances, but Consumer Reports says they are a top brand, so I went with them. Great value! Great customer service! read more

The installer they sent broke my faucet for the washing machine. Then, he tried to blame it on me and said it was like that already??? Like I wouldn't have noticed water running from the faucet and all over the floor of my garage??? My washer was already hooked up and never leaked from the faucet until he broke it. I could have done a better job myself and not have to pay to now have the faucet repaired and cannot use the washer. And, after he left, I noticed he put all of the styrofoam and packing materials ON TOP of my garbage can on the side of the house lolol so unprofessional, and for $100, you would think he wouldn't be so sloppy and leave the customer with more work. Wtf. "Cam" repeatedly asked not only for a review...but a 5 star review. Repeatedly. Before even writing up the order. So believe the other reviews at your own discretion - the reviews seemed to be more important than the service they provide. Just getting ready to prepare my Thanksgiving Friday meal with people coming over and realized my refrigerator was going out. I called and talked to Cheryl, who was very helpful, looked around a little moreand called and talked to her again. She gave details about what they had in stock so I sent my husband over. They had mostly open- box LG appliances in several shapes and sizes. so we wound up getting a very nice 30 ft.³ LG with one tiny ding on it for about $700 less than Costco sells it for. it comes with a one year warranty. Cheryl was very helpful and we were very grateful to find it quickly and get it home with our trailer. lt's now chilling nicely. They delivered a completely different dishwasher than the one we picked out. They said it was a better value, which turned out to be false. I agree to accept the substitute dishwasher after speaking with them in length. The price was average for the market. I paid the installation fee. However the installer created a leak under my sink. I called him back, but he refused to fix the leak. I went to the store and they said I needed to talk to the installer. He still refused to fix the problem.
