The money you spent on the demo can use towards the purchase of a paddle within 30 days. (Providing they have it available) I try to buy one paddle at the end of demo, they do not have it in stock. The staff is friendly helpful. Also, the money you spent will turn into points and you can spent it like money towards your purchase. Recommend.

Although the delivery was not handled by Total Fitness themselves, they provided contact with a vendor who delivered the machine only 2 days after my purchase, and was able to set it up in my home. There was an additional cost for this service - but it was very well worth it. I could not have asked for a smoother or better experience.
