They'll work with you on the design, pricing, pick-up, drop-off, whatever you need. The best part of my purchase was knowing I spent my money on a quality product while helping the community. Adam and his team do a great job and Adam is very patient so it makes it easy to get your design just the way you want it! Also, he responds quickly and won't keep you waiting on a price quote or help for more than a day. He also makes sure that you are fully satisfied before going ahead and printing anything. He rechecks everything, which is good because sometimes I am so stressed that I overlook things! Another factor that makes me coming back is the fact that your money goes to the Lanakila Pacific non-profit organization that helps a lot of people in the community. Local service- here is the top notch first class friendly aloha service. We had gotten 3 boxes of t-shirts out of X amount of shirts that were made for a special event down at the capital (kind of protest- rights for workers and low income families). I could feel the quality and the aloha put into the shirt I got and saw that everyone else at work was happy to get their hands on theirs too. I have dealt with a few different t-shirt places before and by far working with a non-profit is so much friendlier and worth it- btw they were helpful. I know part of the ease could be that the number of shirts ordered in near L XL XXL size could have helped make the order easy for them when they order a couple hundred boxes. I worked only with the large order and they did it wonderfully. I have not done a small order so- I'd like to work on that next and see how it goes. I had a privilege of finding out about Lanakila Custom Products through a class excurson for one of my classes. It is a pretty great facility and all of their work is a social enterprise venture that helps find Lanakila Pacific as a nonprofit overall. As it states in their mission statement, by doing business with the custom product section, you are supporting much more. They are located within the facility of Lanakila Pacific on Bachelot St. which is right across of Kuakini Medical Center in Liliha. There is a little parking lot that they have right next to the facility (yellow parking stalls). When you pick up your order, you have to sign in the front. The people who work at Lanakila Custom Products, Adam and Reid, are good people and very attentive and helpful to whatever you want to create and make. Their prices are very reasonable. One co. was nice but said sorry, need at least two weeks. Several didn't return calls or emails. Lanakila's Reid replied promptly and better yet, he said he could get the job done on time!
