Really unique looking store, with a pretty good selection of normal day-to-day clothing, running, and winter gear. Staff is very friendly and pricing is the same. Worth a visit if you get a chance

If you are a fan of Patagonia, check out the location in Honolulu, HI next time you are there. Similar to other Patagonia stores, the prices are about the same. This location is spacious, offering parking out front in their parking lot. At this location, you will find Hawaii specific merchandise such as Pataloha. I do have feedback. I wish this store received more Pataloha merchandise. I feel like if they carried various Pataloha items, in different sizes, that it would draw in more customers and ultimately, more business. The employees took time to get to know customers which I liked. There were multiple times during my visit that several employees asked how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. Check out this store if you can. It is big and offers special items you can only get there such as pataloha bags, headwear, shirts and sweatshirts.

A cool store to check out even if you have no intention on buying anything. They have a cool free purified water system that makes water from the air using solar energy. Another area has free native Hawaiian seeds. The clothes are awesome. But sales are uncommon. I have a lot of Pategonia clothes over 20 years old and still good. I don't pay retail prices and I only buy Pategonia clothes when there are end of season sales online. I came here a few days before Xmas and there were no sales.

Talk about moving mountains... Patagonia went from an insanely tiny shop only to be forced out by condo was a hilarious outcome considering they're here to represent exactly what its representation belief in the core of this amazing place. Relocating to the historic Dearborn Building (which I do remember they day it was the Universal Building) is the perfect fit for all as they reuse this glorious treasure keeping the views here stunning. Walking in and to finally see what they've done to the interior is not something we're used to see here in Hawai'i as it's so spacious!! As we're slowly getting eco friendly with recycling, eco bags and more Patagonia is so inspiring just stepping into the door. Walking in you see outerwear for everyone, along with some accessories, totes, books and snacks all in an environment with total belief or reuse and making items to last which makes reuse a lasting experience. With probably the largest lounge area I've ever seen one that's behind the cash wrap house a humbling information of their Environmental Grantees lists and even "Source" with hydropanels on the roof for renewable water is all new to me but was just so fascinating! Still in search for some outerwear I will definitely be back as being in a convenient yet busy area, once you enter here is like a slight escape to another comfort level. Thank you!

One star knocked off because they didn't have any sizes for the Hawaii exclusive merch :( very cute designs but there are not a variety of sizes. I really wanted a long sleeve or hoodie but they didn't have any left in any sizes - both Men and Women. They offer free Hawaii Patagonia stickers, but only one per person. Hawaii exclusive totes, tees, long sleeves, hoodies.

One of the biggest Patagonia stores I've ever stepped foot in. Love the open space floor plan. Especially in a historic building. Great selection of gear. Exclusive Pataloha merchandise - shirts, long sleeved shirts, tote bags, etc. Got lucky to stop by on a day where they just restocked. We had all sizes available. Staff said that it's hard for them to keep the shirts on the shelf, they always sell out. Pataloha shirts cost a little more than their regular shirts - ranging from $49 to $60. Always been a huge supporter of the brand & their mission. I loved visiting this location... we went twice in a week. Really helpful & friendly staff. Got some stickers with my purchase. Mahalo!

Enjoyed being in the Patagonia Honolulu store. It is huge with lots of great clothes and cute bags and shirts. Products are functional and durable, too. Many try-on rooms. Comfy seats to wait if your friend is trying something on like the pants or shorts. Large parking lot is outside of store. After store hours - sometimes there are special showings. I am here to see the concerns and conservation efforts of the snail in Hawaii. Some unique species are extinct due to the Jackson chameleon, cannibalistic wolf snail, the rat and humans.

Definite must. This is far different from your average Patagonia stores because this place has authentic PATALOHA shirts which you can ONLY get in Hawaii. Be the trend setter and get these shirts ($50)!! I brought some back to the mainland and people were amazed how coool these are and it just looks great too. Beware though! Sizes are limited especially men's larges and women's mediums as these fly off the shelves like no other. One of the workers wrote my information down and asked when I would be leaving the island in case any shipments come with the sizes but they hardly have it unless you live there. Again, definite must stop to get your unique PATALOHA gear. They also have hats and tote bags with that brand but the shirts are the way to go.

My wife and I were driving around downtown Honolulu and she began to panic. She has poop stage fright and we were about to drive back windward side. Then she remembered the luxurious Patagonia single stall bathroom. We parked easily in their spacious lot. I perused while she shat. We both bought quality items.

men's shirts had some boring colors and many were emblazoned with "Pataloha" which back on the mainland people will not understand.

At the time of purchase the salesperson said TNF has a lifetime warranty on their product and I appreciated the heads up. I take good care of my jackets and today I wore it for protection from the heavy rain. When I got home I noticed the inside lining of the hood was peeling. Other than that the jacket was in mint condition. Non fading, no tears, all zippers were in good working order. Fortunately, I still had the receipt so I went to the TNF store at Ala Moana Shopping Center to see what can be done. Salesperson 969009 assisted me with my issue with the jacket and after answering a few questions he then inspected the jacket and agreed it was well taken care of and in good condition. I filled out a form and to my surprise I received a full refund in a gift card. Not prorated but a full refund! I immediately looked around the floor and found another light jacket to my liking and purchased it from the store. Just want to say the salesperson (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. If I still worked as a store manager for Nordstrom I would have recruited him immediately.

The staff is always welcoming and checking in on everyone to see if you have questions or needs. A few years before COVID, I purchased a combo weather jacket that was on sale and had a water resistant shell with a fleece inner jacket. Years passed and on one of my trips after COVID I noticed I was shedding these white particles whenever I took my jacket off. Come to find out, the water resistant lining on the inside of the shell was coming off. Feeling I got a bum jacket, and assuming that's why the jacket was on sale, I started thinking of what I could get to replace this one. Fast forward to 2024, I was wondering inside the store, 'just looking' and an employee kindly asked if I needed help. She reminded me of my jacket that the liner was coming off so I asked her about that and if they could reapply the liner. She said, "Sure, we can take a look at that." She was leading to that all their jackets have a lifetime warranty so if anything goes wrong, bring the jacket to them and they will send to service for free! If they cannot repair the jacket, they will give you a gift card in the price of the jacket for you to purchase a current model or something else to your liking. Before this day, I had no clue of the lifetime warranty lol. Ended up buying a Gortex shell in the meantime while I sent my old jacket for service. Had to send both the shell and inner jacket for service and in about 3 weeks later I got an email from their service dept stating they couldn't repair the lining and will be issuing me a gift card in the price of what I paid. With that gc, I picked up a new inner fleece and a puffer vest. For that Autumn 2024 trip, I was wearing warm, updated gear and couldn't have felt more reassured that I spent those hundreds of dollars in the right spot. Today, Black Friday of 2025, I had $20 from my Xplorer Membership and the store was offering 30% off for their Black Friday sale. I was in the store on Tuesday, and was eyeing a beanie and new gloves I needed for my next trip. Came in today and got to stack my $20 and get the 30% off my purchases. On top of this, the employee wished me Happy Holidays... love this time of the year. Forever a happy North Face customer... till my next adventure, Grind On, Pau!

I wrote postive reviews for individual employees in the past which was well deserved and I feel sorry for them if West Marine folds. After the old hag refused to sell me the boat, I bought a 14 foot aluminum Jon boat for $200, a yamaha motor 6hp for $800, and all the whistles, batteries, life preservers, bilge pumps, flares, seat cushions, rope, fuel tanks, Gps, oars, and whatever else I needed from West Marine competitors. I would have bought everything that night at West Marine which amounted to another $1200 after purchasing the boat. Today I get a email from West Marine saying it is filing for CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY. Hmmm, I don't wonder why. I know why. The problem starts with the store manager, training and monitoring sales and customer service. The solution is relocate or get rid of the manager and the store employees that do not take their job seriously and provide customer service. Simple economics, sell the boat and accessories, and $2000 ends up in the register, employees get paid, and the company makes a profit and stays in business. Hire lame old idiots that rather talk story and bad mouth the company that employs them equals $0 in sales, store closures, and unemployment. Stores that file bankruptcy always closes in the end. COMMON SENSE!!!! I hope the outdoor power equipment dealer a few blocks down the road see this! His ghost town business will soon be gone too!
