We scheduled an appointment for the following Friday - communication was prompt and clear. I was called during the appointment window and notified the plumber was en route. He showed up a few minutes later and was very courteous. He explained what the possible causes were and what he was going to do to. He had both drains unclogged in a matter of minutes and the pricing was extremely reasonable.
