The only area where she could *actually* swim had a giant fan blowing down from the ceiling...we were both shivering within 10 minutes. The pool area looks massive, but the actual space for a kid to swim is tiny. SO much wasted space. The playground are is great for toddlers, but beyond that it's a huge disappointment. Why is there a huge fan blowing down onto the pool on a cold, rainy day?? The pool water temps were miserably cold which means the hot tubs were overrun with people who were camped out in them. We couldn't even dip a toe in the hot tub because they were 'full'. There were also crowds of completely unsupervised kids everywhere we turned. The whole 'adult supervision for kids under 10' is an absolute JOKE. After being pushed, kicked, shoved, jumped on for 30 minutes, we cut our losses and left. Will absolutely not be back.

We were there on a weekday afternoon well swim lessons were going on, but had plenty of space to use one lap lane and the lazy river. They have a set of steps to enter by the lazy river and they have a chairlift that enters into one of the lanes. There's also a hot tub that has steps with a rail to get in. In the family locker room there are two accessible changing rooms with a bathroom and shower, including a shower bench and adjustable showerhead. They have an automatic door opener, which is phenomenal, however, the lock is up pretty high, which makes it less accessible for wheelchair users, and short people. there are two other changing rooms in the family locker space that don't have the automatic button, adjustable showerhead, or shower bench, or grab bars on the toilet, but are still fairly large and have space for a wheelchair user There was plenty of accessible parking and automatic doors to get into the building. The space exiting was pretty tight due to how they have the chairs arranged, somebody with a larger wheelchair may have to exit through the entry lane. We also used the steam room, there was no automatic door, but the door wasn't terribly heavy.
