We just ordered our fireplace and, so far, the experience with IHT has been very positive. Both Traci and Johnny are super friendly and know their stuff. Johnny, in particular, has been very patient as we decided between two fireplaces, each with their own pros and cons. Prices are competitive and we've already been treated far better at IHT and wish we'd chosen them for our first insert! Had a positive experience from the start (Derek at the Castle Rock location), to regular status updates to/from CSR (Barrett at the Denver location), through delivery/setup (Chase/Rex/Andre from the Denver location) through follow-up and troubleshooting (Derek again, and Evan at Denver location). FIve stars all the way through! Additional detail for exemplary review: Spa was initially wired by an independent licensed electrician (NOT associated with Colorado Custom Spas) who made enough mistakes to render the spa dead in the water (no pun intended), which became apparent immediately after filling. When the issues were reported to Derek, his immediate concern was the sub-freezing temperatures that were expected that night. He personally drove from Castle Rock to Elizabeth after hours to deliver a submersible pump to ensure the components didn't freeze. He also arranged for Evan to come up the following morning. He inspected the initial wiring (again, NOT done by an electrician associated with CCS), came up with a fix to provide heat and circulation immediately, and provided input on the other errors he identified that needed to be addressed for safety reasons. He also provided input to the previous electrician to ensure that corrective action was taken care of by the party that made the errors. On top of all this, he called back the following day to check in! Typically, not a user of social media to either torch vendors online with negative reviews, or give glowing reviews when either is not warranted. In this case, however, I thought I would be remiss not to recognize exemplary customer service, especially in a day and age where this seems to be a foreign concept to many businesses.

We explained that we are also swimming laps and we don't understand why we need to leave the lane for someone else who wants to do the same. The lifeguard told us the ~50 y/o man was rude to her, so she felt pressured to do so. We settled on splitting the lap pool into two sides (even though we are literally 3 people and he is 1). The guy didn't like that very much and he stood against the wall at one end of the pool for a while looking upset. When we swam to the end of the pool he was on, he forcefully splashed down into the water to send it into my baby son's face and made him gasp for breath and start crying. A male lifeguard witnessed this and went for help. When the manager arrived, she insisted that we leave the lane and when we refused, she asked that we instead continue 'sharing' the lap pool lane with the guy who assaulted our child. The best part is the first time we wanted to go swimming in Broomfield, we arrived at the other facility that has strictly lap pools and therapy pools and they suggested WE GO ELSEWHERE because it's NOT FOR BABIES. Ok then why does the 50 y/o creep get to come to the kids pool and demand we exit the lane? Thanks for being just another place in Colorado that hates babies. We are disgusted by the manager response. If you have an issue here, dial 911, cause no one is going to help you. Even when you go to a place built for children, they will act like they're worthless and an inconvenience to others. Review your policies.

Amazing public pool…read more We went most recently for the hot springs day and it was an incredible time. They had a ramen food truck (which was fine) and free coffee and hot cocoa. We have also been here as a family during the summer and the pool is lovely. You would want to come early and get a nice shady spot because they will be taken up fast. My kiddo had to do a swimming test to use the diving board in the summer and she failed both times so she had to stay in the larger shallower end of the pool. I appreciated their dedication to safety.

Also looking at prices on this yelp, they have gone up significantly. I see people complaining about $10 a few years ago. It was $25 per adult this time. That was crazy to me, but we had already made this plan and had driven 45 minutes for this, plus it's in the vacation budget. If I lived here I would not come back because of that price. Also if you don't have a towel, they cost $20. This place is beautiful and I loved my time here, it will be a great memory, but that price is crazy. If I come back to Denver I may look for another place that may be like this.
