CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU HAVE THE OPTIONS. Action towing is a joke of a company. A bald, obese man has repeatedly harassed us about parking at the apartments we rent at. I recently received a towing threat because of my tabs that expired TWO DAYS PRIOR. Of all days, he made his rounds on Veterans Day, knowing very well that no licensing office is open to renew them. I just had a terrible experience with Ray here at the Clearwater square apartment. I Friendly approached him while he was slowly rolling in his tow truck through the complex, I begin with pointing out my car and explaining how I'm a HCA working a few hours a day, 3 days a week and that I have permission to park where I do, he was somewhat nice in the beginning, stating that there was no guarantee he or someone else wouldn't marked my car for towing (completely understandable) and he explained I needed to get with the office for a parking pass, (Ive mentioned this to office staff and it's not a high priority) as i agreed that something needed to be done to help us and them from wasting your company's time marking cars that don't need to be, he decides to interrupts me to tells me I need to take two steps back, that I came at him all hostile in the beginning... I was absolutely in shock. I sit here now writing this now wondering if I came at him hostile in the beginning, then why not tell me that when the first sentence came out of my mouth? I walked away baffled and wondering how did a simple conversation turn to a "hostile" one. I'm a 5 foot 5 woman in scrubs... Worst place every, they tow your car without putting a sticker on to move it within the time.

never answers phone and they are the ones who manage my apts parking lot, never see them on site and i dont hardly leave but i always see unauthorized parking yet they show up in the a.m. to do a check after everyone has left and the lot is practically empty but the problem is at night so i would suggest they quit keeping banking hours and start keeping towing hours if they are gonna run a business of this caliber read more

I got a flat on Sunday. Monday I had thrown my jack down next to my flat tire. I left my brother there and went and checked the mail. I came back and dude was there pumping up my tire enough to get me to the tire shop. good dude. read more

I will give one star since there isn't a way to leave zero stars. This towing company is a joke. They have a contract w the apartment complex I live at to tow unauthorized vehicles from parking spots. The same bitch keeps parking in my space and I have called action towing at least five times in the last weeks and no one ever answers their phone or calls me back. What a joke!!! Don't use this place for any of your towing needs. THEY SUCK. read more

They are the worst. I had an agreement with them and they betrayed me and stole my vehicle then auctioned it off. I also know they are very sneaky and I have known others who have had issues with them, very true about the calls not being answered and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
