I couldn't be happier - didn't expect the price to be much cheaper under the circumstances (it was really fair), and wish they were "right next door", as we live in Wyoming! Made excuses about thw monogram machine does this sometimes. No apology, nada. When I got home I looked at the bags again and it was just unacceptable, plus I'm giving these for graduation gifts. I called back, tried to speak to the husband who wasn't there at the time so spoke to Alice. I told her I had brought about 20 of these bags to the previous owners of the store and never had any sloppy issues like this. She said "well sounds like you're not happy with our monogramming services so you should find somewhere else to go" and hung up on me! Terrible monogramming and worse customer service!

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this business. When my mom went to pick…read moreup my line jacket, we discovered the customization was completely wrong. The lettering was extremely small (about the width of a finger), and the number placement was the size of my palm, positioned high on the shoulder blades and much smaller than expected. This was especially frustrating because the jacket already had existing custom elements. When my mom tried to take a photo of the jacket to document the issue, the owner snatched it out of her hands. The situation escalated to the point where she had to call the police, and a report was filed. The owner also refused to cooperate, stating he was closing and would not wait to resolve the issue with police. There were also multiple issues prior to pickup. The price changed three different times even though my order never changed. The owner later admitted he did not have the correct size for the lettering but proceeded anyway, which resulted in a ruined jacket. Eventually, I was reimbursed for the jacket only, not including prior customizatioafter an hour , but only after significant back-and-forth. Overall, while the stitching quality may be decent for smaller items like purses, t-shirts, or pillows, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I would not recommend this business for more detailed or important custom work.

Unprofessional work. Ruined the hats I brought in. I had two…read morehats embroidered as a gift for a friend. A few weeks later, when I saw my friend, even he was unsatisfied with how they came out so I offered to return them. I took them back to the store but the owner instead claimed the hats he ruined were "the only way they could do it," which was to sew through the structure of the hat which caused them to buckle and wrinkle on the embroidery. Not to mention the embroidery is uneven. He then blamed the choice of font rather than admitting it wasn't quality work. Why do they offer a font that they can't work with without ruining the product? Beats me. Now I'm out $50 for the uneven embroidery and another $30 for the hats themselves. Because it was outside of the 2 day return policy (another detail they didn't mention when purchasing) he said there was nothing he could do and claimed that I had been wearing the hats. Luckily, these were new hats and not something that was special or important to me. Learn from my $80 lesson and avoid this place so you don't have to waste your money here like I did. There are plenty of cheaper options with better customer service and higher quality.

I needed a small job done in a week and had no idea how difficult it was going to be to have that done. The owner was so sweet to work with and did a FANTASTIC job.
