He could not take my email (I had already provided) due to driving so I texted. Day 4's follow up was back to the form again. I said "if you're too busy, maybe I should try to get a quote elsewhere" to which he replied "ok" and hung up. Basic business transaction: I repair tv's- please give me a quote to repair my tv's- here's what I charge and here's your quote. This should have been resolved in one call and a week would have not wasted.
