Dennis came out the day after my late afternoon call and diagnosed a somewhat difficult problem we had with an oven. Even called an associate to help when he needed a second set of hands. He had to order the required part as it was not a common piece that a company would have on their truck. I offered a deposit as I would expect to pay for a special order and he said it wasn't required. He arrived back in four days (two of them were a weekend) disassembled the oven again and replaced the part all for what we considered a reasonable and fair price. Everybody needs a local appliance repair guy and Dennis is ours. PS: I found him on YELP (after listening to music on hold with another company) and called him as it seemed a below review might be a bit unfair. I received the recommendation through Nextdoor. The first thing is that you get a specific time for an appointment, not a window. The second thing is that they arrive exactly at that time. The third thing is the tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He accurately estimated when the parts would arrive and made the appointment for the next day after they received them. Now here's what really impressed me. The dishwasher appeared that it wasn't rinsing well after the repair was completed. I called back the next day (Saturday) and they called back within the hour. He thought it may be residue from before the repair but made an appointment for Monday morning. I wiped everything down just in case it was just residue and sure enough he was right. Two subsequent washes were perfect. So I called Monday morning to cancel and they said they still wanted to look to make sure the new parts were OK (they were). They could have easily said OK it's canceled and moved on to a paying job but instead wanted to make sure my previously paid job was good. That's how to run a good business!!!
