Just tried to schedule an appointment for an issue with my Cabrio washing machine. The man who answered was abrupt and very surly. I asked if it was not a good time, so I could call back. Again he was just not nice, (really, he was an A****le) I asked again if I caught him at a bad time, he says No, I have questions. I say ok and when I answered them all I asked if some info I had researched on line was accurate...he became irate and I interrupted saying I would call someone else.
