He said it was the mother board and would have to order it, meanwhile I had to unload the fridge and freezer twice to repair. Came back a couple days later put the mother board in and next day I called back fridge still wasn't working right temp was 36 for a day until the coils froze up and same problem happening. 400.00 repair, came back out and installed a fan module which should have been the first fix. That was 200.00 repair, told me to call in a couple of weeks to make sure it was working right and they would refund some of my money for the motherboard repair. Had the cell number of the tech that told me this, left a few messages, never returned my calls. So my 200.00 repair cost me 600.00, It was recommended to me because it was veteran owned from a friend. Very disappointed, guessing is how it was diagnosed. Would not recommend. Rob S. Stuart
