Love jetskiing everytime I'm in OC! Pretty solid place to rent jetskiis. Friendly staff and they take care of you once you're out there. Depth of the water is no more than 4 feet which is reassuring if you're not a great swimmer. Just remember you do have to take a quiz to jetski but luckily it's open book and the answers are in front of you. Will return next time I'm back! read more

I read the reviews from years ago and it appears the company was sold and under new ownership. I rented a waverunner off their website via Paypal for $75 plus tax for 1 hour. If you go to the counter you pay $92 per hour. Everything was very orderly and safe on and off the water. I had a great time and enjoyed that they even took many photographs while I was riding. I purchased my disc of photos but you are under no obligation to purchase the pictures. Looking forward to coming back again!!! read more

Very well organized and friendly staff. And extremely accommodating. The day we were scheduled was cold and foggy and when called to ask if we could reschedule for the next day it wasn't an issue at all. And when the third person in our party forgot their driver's license, which is required to operate the jet skis, and they were told , the owner said he would take that rental off without us even asking. My family had a blast! Great midtown bayside location which made for easy access into the bay without the heavy boat traffic for rentals down closer to the boardwalk. Friendly staff who really went out of their way to ensure we had a fun but safe time! The Jet Ski's were well maintained and quite fast. One of the best rates in OC with easy online booking that accepts their discount code from the many coupon books available just about everywhere. We will definitely be back! read more

We rented jet skis here and had a pretty fun time. The rental was for an hour and we were told it would be $79. Well when we got there we were informed that we also have to pay $18 in gas as well as tip the "guides". The ski's were fast. The dude told me they would go to 54 mph but going as fast as 40 was but scary. The area we got to roll in was quite large and overall the experience was good if not a little pricey. read more

My husband and I were walking by and decided to rent a jet ski. We stopped first in a location a block away (next to seacrets) and they were booked up so they sent us over here to the 52nd street location that had an opening. They got us in right away (tip - if you go before 10am it's $25 off the rental fee!) and we shared a jetski for an hour. I'm not sure if this is normal in this area but we had a guide out there with us who helped get us out there - made sure we weren't running into anything and escorted us back in at the end of the hour. He was awesome -- make sure you tip these guys! I will definitely be back on my next trip to OC! read more

Was worried and scared in the beginning of the merky water even though I'v jumped out of planes before! The staff calmed me down and truly stayed out on the water watching our group helping the few that fell out of the water! I checked with all the local jet ski rentals and this was the most economic! Went here today because they're the only ones who have jetovators and hoverboards...rented the hoverboard and had a blast, rode a high speed boat out into the ocean with my wife and 2 year old and Robby and Brandon were nice and helpful with instructing you to get in the air with the hoverboard. honestly better than jetskiing !! I went here last year and came back today. I had no problem. The staff were polite and courteous. I plan on going back next year.

Out of many places to choose from I'm glad we picked this one. Reservations were easy. They honored our $25 off coupon even though it was 10:30( good till 10 am for the morning rush). I called about 10 Jet Ski outfitters in Ocean City and this one won! We came to celebrate my son's 16th birthday. This was the only outfitter I talked to that would allow him to operate a jet ski at 16 on his own AND allow his friend to be a passenger. Very, very pleasant staff. read more

All the instructors are so professional and willing to help if something goes wrong, the riding area is huge and the jet skis are extremely reliable and pretty fast for rentals. This is the 2nd time I'm writing this. If the rate is one, they don't show this in public so I'm putting down 3 stars where everyone can read this. So I rate this place ZERO! The manager/owner discriminated us. We, deaf people, have driver licenses and we drive cars, the owner said we can't ride on wave runners because we can't hear. I asked where's the policy? She said it was from her heart. We were so furious and it was against the law so we told her to call the police. The police came and the owner pulled them into private room first. Very very rude but somehow the owner changed her mind and said we can go on wave runners but after all the hassles she avebus, we wanted a refundable and not wanting her to make profit from us but she said its refundable. We have been renting boats in the Fenwick Island, and Ocean City area for the past 20 years and never have we experienced such unprofessional and rude management while renting. To begin, the staff was incompetent in explaining the rules and knowledge in operating a rental boat. After cruising through the canals, we reached the open waters only to find our boat was not properly maintained and had a difficult time even reaching the bay. Upon calling for help, management told us that we did not know how to operate the boat, however on board was an active coast guard familiar with the operating of many types of water crafts who instantly enlightened us on how how bad the boat really was. In short, after being told we could not extend our time allotted wasted on taking out a terrible rental pontoon, even though it was the renters fault, we had to pay the full freight price and also flat rate fee of $40 for the gas. Our recommendation after renting many years? Drive 1 minute past Action Water Sports and spend your money much more wisely at Shark's Cove marina where you'll have a much more satisfactory experience. Please don't waste your money like we did, lesson learned. read more
