Instead of pulling us to safety, the staff told us not to return and to stay out in the storm. When we finally came back after 30 minutes, they refused any refund, not even for unused fishing gear. Safety and compassion were completely absent. Do not risk your well being or your money with this business. We rented a pontoon boat through Odyessea Watersports and had a wonderful time. They had a number of people getting ready to jet ski when we arrived, but since we made our reservation online, another staff member was ready and waiting for us when we arrived so there wasn't any wait. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The boats are parked in a tight marina, so the staff member came with us to get the boat out of the marina and caught a ride back on a jet ski. It worked out really well. The boat was clean, and had shade which we ended up using. We had a wonderful time and will plan to rent from them again! read more

Kai and Casey did all our paper work and gave us our boat orientation. Paperwork was explained and the orientation was thorough and these young men were able to answer all our questions. Aside from a broken radio(they gave us a great JBL Bluetooth speaker to use instead), the pontoon we rented was great. They have bait and equipment for crabbing for purchase as well. If you've forgotten it, Odyssea probably has it for rent or for purchase for your boating excursion. Also the area where your allowed to take the boat is fairly large and allows for all kinds of sightseeing, fishing, crabbing or just relaxing. read more

My group of 10 rented a pontoon boat over MDW for 3.5 hours, and we had a blast. The weather was a bit chilly so the water splashing made it even colder, but the amount of water to drive the pontoon in was endless. The guys were great with instructions! We had so much fun on the water. The maps are a little hard for the true non boater so sand bars are an issue. They do their best to tell you were they are. This experience was great for my birthday and it was my first time doing the jet ski. My bf and i Had our own jet ski for a hour . However Kinda expensive! For the both of us it came out to $307 with taxes included and waterproof cases. The crew for the jet ski were very helpful and attentive while u were out into the ocean making sure you are safe. FYI - wear some kind of eye protection while riding the jet ski. The salt water will burn your eyes like crazy . To the point where u can't see. read more

Jet skiing was so much fun! The workers at Odyssea were pleasant and helped with any questions I had. The jet skii guides were very quick to help someone who fell off, or answer my questions when I asked for the boundaries again. The hour goes by so quick, I definitely suggest paying the extra $20 for the hour instead of 30 minutes. I was nervous to go over 25 but even at 25 I felt like that was pretty fast! The boundaries where you can take the jetski are a little small because they let a decent amount of people ride at the same time, that's my only compliant. Other than that we had a lot of fun & I'm definitely going to recommend my friend who's coming over the summer to check Odyssea out! read more

This was our second time Jet Skiing and we wanted to try a different company from the one we used last year to compare and we chose Odyssea Watersports and were not disappointed. Last year we used Inland Watersports and while they did a great job, you have about an 8-minute ride just to get to the ride area and then another 8 minutes back, so you lose about 16 minutes of ride time. With Odyssea, you board the jet ski in the water and before you push off, they go over everything and the ride area is right off their private beach. Once we left the beach, we were in the ride area within 1-2 minutes and off riding. The area they have is huge and we had so much fun that we will return for subsequent rentals. read more
