I was surprised that they had very limited tennis shoes. Infact, the store only had one available in the women's section but it was a size 7 shoe and I wear a bigger size shoe so I couldn't buy that one. The employee who assisted me showed a lack of courtesy and empathy, which made the interaction uncomfortable and upsetting. What was most disappointing was that there was no acknowledgment of the behavior and no apology at the time. For a brand that claims to value respect, inclusivity, and customer care, this experience fell far below expectations. The stores general manager Maddie was super friendly and came to greet me during my shop. The associates were all ready to help and knowledgeable on their products. They made suggestions and gave me the store tour where I can find what I needed in most in my wardrobe. I was able to utilize the store change rooms and they were neat organized socially distanced. The team member, Savannah, was a personable and great to chat to! She told me she is a yoga instructor and all the wonderful events they hold at the store. I signed up for their emailing list and they have such a wonderful free events almost every week that is open to community. (limited for sign up due to covid) I will be back for sure!!! Also I just love how it was such a judgment free, safe space for all! I totally feel welcomed so thank you!
