I was in the market to purchase a new pair of HOKA shoes. I…read morewas in the area and while window shopping I noticed that this store sold them. The store was not crowded but, the older male sales person appeared to be annoyed that my family was shopping there. He was not welcoming or helpful what so ever. (Bad day)? I did purchase a pair of HOKA's and he immediately tipped the insoles out without asking me. He inserted a pair of off label generic insoles into the shoes, an extra $50 I believe. I was so miffed at this guys nasty behavior during our shopping time there, I just paid & left. The store began to get busy. I won't return nor will I recommend this store to my friends and family.
