Day of appointment two gals show up and we're able to park in my driveway. Sara (I think that's her name) came to my door wearing a mask to get my dog and right away showed lots of love to my dog, it's obvious she does this because she loves dogs. He went right with her in to mobile trailer . About 40 min later she brought my dog right up to the front door freshly bathed and nails trimmed . It's doesn't get much easier than front door service. I sent an email on 7/12/20, when businesses were resuming to open I thought I would reconsider and give them a second chance since they had decent reviews and I needed a groomer. I reached out to Pup N Suds 11/22/2019 and was immediately contacted by Sara. I am just gonna be blunt here, I LOVED THEM! From that first text message right up to a follow up message, they were amazing. Patient, kind, and let me tell you my Wednesday has never looked better! They did a fantastic job with her! My dog is large and has had some bad experiences in her 8 years, with groomers. We took her to an in store groomer in her younger years and she hated it. Being locked in a cage, when she has never been locked up in her life, and having an air dryer just blowing at you until you are completely dry, that would be a traumatizing event. Too hot, too loud. I had no idea that was how the groomer did business, but she had to move on to her other dogs and taking that extra time to dry mine by hand, she said was too time consuming. We never went back. I eventually found a mobile groomer a few years back, and she did her best but because my dog was so big, she couldn't handle her anymore and wanted to stick with the smaller pups. Here is where Sara steps in. Sara and her team member took the time, went slow, were patient and gentle with my dog. And yes, I know this does take some extra time, but when Wenny was all done, let me tell you she was in the best mood I've ever seen her in after a groom. AND as I mentioned, she looked great! I WILL definitely be using their services, if they will have us back.....LOL...for not only my big dog, but we will also start up with our wee Chihuahua now! Can't recommend them enough! I really do feel mobile grooming should be the way to go, when you need your pet groomed. So less stressful on them, no need to drive, have them sitting in a kennel while they wait their turns, simply getting more and more stressed out as they wait. One morning after having discussed the idea of making an appointment with a mobile groomer, my husband looked out the window and saw the Pups N Suds van outside a neighbor's home.
