The waiting area was very crowded, and because all of the available seating was taken, we were standing in an open area where there seemed to be enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. At one point, a staff member, who I assume was the chiropractor based on the room he came out of said, "Excuse me." We immediately stepped aside to give him space. However, he then spoke to us in what came across as a very rude and dismissive tone, saying something along the lines of, "Can you guys like move out of the way, like move away from here? This is our workspace. Give us room." We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, and we would have gladly moved if asked politely. The issue was not the request itself, it was the way it was delivered. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients and their families should feel welcome and respected. I understand that staff need access to their work areas, but there are courteous ways to communicate that. A simple, polite explanation would have accomplished the same thing without making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the office.

The doctors there are super cute and able to assist as needed. It's just a great experience to know that people care about when I'm injured and was able to provide exercising services that really helped me to engage while I wish my insurance would allow me to continue to go and get the physical therapy that I needed they were able to send me home with some tools and work guides that I'm able to continue on. I just really appreciate the time and energy and the great customer service they provide for my well care.

The physical therapist I seen was Dell. His quality of care was excellent. In times where I was feeling anxious he made jokes to lighten the mood. He explained every step of what we were doing and asked me if I had any questions every time. The shared space was clean and not very noisy. They scheduled my next appointment within my work schedule and offered to make any changes as needed. I have been to other physical therapy facilities and this location was the best one by far. My spouse has worked on an oil rig for 20+ years so I guess you could say I'm somewhat of an oilfield expert. y'know since we're now gaining our experience based on the people we're in close proximity to. ‍ Wow!! I'm so glad I got that referral to see that bone specialist so he could evaluate me and see if it's any of my joints or bones THAT HE DOES TREAT that might be causing all this pain. Thanks "medical professional" Heidi M who has magical powers allowing her to evaluate so quickly and easily diagnose and rule out the need to see her doctor right there over the phone in just a few minutes. Needless to say, she did not allow me to schedule to see her Dr. She knows best because she has been his assistant for many years.

The people at Pt Solution from the receptionist to the therapist are always very welcoming and very forthcoming in your therapy! I have probably worked with every one of their therapists and they are all exceptionable! And my shoulder is feeling the best it's felt in months! So grateful for this place and with all their employees! Thanks for making my experience awesome!!! And the lady that complained about the little blonde headed lady doesn't know what she's talking about! She's a therapist that's excited about her job and that excitement rubs off on her clients! They listen to your concerns and hopes for recovery. They give you appropriate exercises to do at home in both print and an app with how to videos. The front desk receptionists are kind and willing to work around any scheduling difficulties you may have. I wish to thank Leigh, Thomas, Swati, G, GG, Alliah and anyone else I forgot to mention. Plenty of seating in the waiting area, and the staff both at the front and in the back were quite efficient. Only familiar with two doctors at Mercy Orthopedic Spine and Hand Center. Dr. Coppola performed an emergency surgery on my sister back in the day, and that went very well. My Dad had a consultation and second opinion with Dr. Wahba. He answered all our questions and was patient. Hope we never need their services again cause who likes to get injured!! If we do, then we know where to go.

I felt rushed and that's not a good feeling when going somewhere where it's important to be relaxed and also to relax. I had Dr. Berry once for a surprise and that was my best adjustment. He has a great technique to help you relax and allow the adjustment to take place. The other doctor I had didn't have that ability and the last time I went I felt like I barely got adjusted at all. I also had an interesting experience with the front desk staff over the phone that I won't delineate here but suffice it to say it's not without its flaws. Sometimes in striving for efficiency things can lose some of that personal touch or personal connection. It is perhaps relevant that I would come at the end of the day because of working an 8-5, but I still think every patient should be treated the same, regardless if you're in a hurry to leave. And I shouldn't wonder if that's what's going on. I don't know if this is why I had the experiences I did or not. But if these things don't sound like an issue then this is also a great office, very nice, very clean, and they seem to have an emphasis on prenatal which isn't applicable to me but seems like a beautiful thing.
