I have been struggling with frozen shoulder and recovery from that for some time. Lately due to some stress at work and repetitive motion while working my shoulder has been bothering me so much. At times I can't even move it because of how much it hurts. My son had gone to this place for some issues he was having with his hips and groin area, and so I decided to give them a try. Making an appointment was super easy. Most of the intake can be done over the phone and you can submit and complete the intake forms online in preparation for your appointment. Depending on your insurance it is covered or you can choose to pay out of pocket. I was able to use my HSA card to cover my appointment which included a consultation, therapeutic massage, physical therapy, stretch, stretching , and adjustment. The staff there is very friendly and professional. There were no sales tactics which I appreciated. I felt like the staff and the doctor listened to my complaint and issue and help me get right to work and focus on making me feel better. As part of my visit, I had a therapeutic massage which included cupping of specific areas of my neck and shoulder to help relieve the tension and tightness. Right after my massage and cupping I felt 100 times better than when I walked in. I spent a few minutes with a physical therapist who showed me some stretches that I can do at home and in between my next appointment. After that I went with Dr. Joel who made some adjustments. Overall this place was amazing... I was nervous about the adjustment since it had been over 20 years since I had one and I'm older now, but Dr. Joel made me feel comfortable and did it so quickly which made it a lot more pleasant. I definitely recommend this place, in fact, I have my next appointment later this week and I look forward to continuing treatment until my shoulder issue is resolved. The staff is amazing. I immediately felt like family when I started going there. While some of the treatments are painful yet necessary for my needs, I continue to go back. Went in with extreme sciatic pain, that I have had for years. I checked in and had the evaluation exam done by Jose. He tried to adjust me a little, but my hips and back were super tight. He did some cupping on my lower back and had me do some exercises to loosen up a bit. I Felt a little better when I left, definitely better then when I arrived. I was able to walk out with minimal pain. That night, pain came back, so I was a little skeptical of the treatment. The next morning when I woke up, I had no pain. I was able to sleep through the night, got up and was able to stand up without the shooting pain I've always experienced. I had back surgery back in 2015, I've had sciatic pain ever since. That morning was the first time I had no pain since surgery. I went back the next day for another session of cupping. I was able to get some stuff done around the house and actually able to work. It's been a week and I'm still doing well, doing their exercises they told me to do daily. I sit 75% of my day at a desk, so getting up and moving every 1/2 hour has helped as well. When I visited Pro-Motion, I could barely walk without extreme pain, I couldn't stand up straight, I couldn't bend over and touch my toes. I'm now walking straight, can bend down and tie my shoes. My pain scale is at a 1 and walking in was at a 10. Their office space is very open and inviting and very nice and helpful. Pricing is very reasonable as well, I have already recommended this to a hand full of people. I can't wait to go back for a massage and continuing my road to a pain free life. I brought my son here on a referral from one of his teammates' parents. They adjusted him and we did the cupping. My son immediately felt 10 times better. He plays baseball and took a hard fall running for a foul ball. Unfortunately, he didn't notice that the dirt in front of the dugout was on a slope, so his knees buckled and he fell on his hip.
