I have been going here for many years. Great service and staff! They have expanded and added to the practice.

The office is perfect, the staff are very friendly and efficient, everything is efficient. However, it almost feels too efficient. I felt rushed and that's not a good feeling when going somewhere where it's important to be relaxed and also to relax. I had Dr. Berry once for a surprise and that was my best adjustment. He has a great technique to help you relax and allow the adjustment to take place. The other doctor I had didn't have that ability and the last time I went I felt like I barely got adjusted at all. I also had an interesting experience with the front desk staff over the phone that I won't delineate here but suffice it to say it's not without its flaws. Sometimes in striving for efficiency things can lose some of that personal touch or personal connection. It is perhaps relevant that I would come at the end of the day because of working an 8-5, but I still think every patient should be treated the same, regardless if you're in a hurry to leave. And I shouldn't wonder if that's what's going on. I don't know if this is why I had the experiences I did or not. But if these things don't sound like an issue then this is also a great office, very nice, very clean, and they seem to have an emphasis on prenatal which isn't applicable to me but seems like a beautiful thing. read more

The front front desk staff is nice and helpful but honestly they're massage. Therapist aren't the best and I feel dirty even laying on their beds feel like they do not clean their beds and they don't put a fresh sheet to protect you from germs and just a filthiness of the customer from before you.. been to other places and won't return to this place honestly doesn't really help much improve your massage. Therapist actually help you with your needs a.k.a. my back and my shoulders and hips. It's like you don't pay them enough. They don't give a damn. read more

For whatever reason I thought I left a review for this establishment years ago. They have all sorts of care, whether it's just for the monthly adjustment or a massage. The ladies at the front are polite and will assist in getting you scheduled asap. Definitely have to feel for your chiropractor. They have their core chiropractors, so definitely ask for their chiropractic options and years of experience. If you can request the owner he'll definitely give you the best adjustment. Also, ask for the massage but make sure you tell the masseuse what you want. Overall, it is one of the better places in town and definitely one of the most well known in town. read more

I'm finally writing my review even though I should have ages ago. I have been coming to this chiropractor for a while now and have been grateful for this practice. The staff has always been welcoming, getting a quick appointment when you tweak your back has been easy, the doctors are amazing and kind, and the additional services are extremely helpful. I have mostly seen Dr. Berry and have nothing but wonderful things about him. He takes his time to ask the right questions to be sure he gets the right adjustments made for the most improvement. He's never pushy about setting a rigid appointment schedule and wants to make sure you get the most benefit from each one. The large array of methods and extra therapies he offers is awesome. I was first referred to Dr. Berry four years ago by a local midwife, while I was pregnant with my first daughter. I was a little nervous to get chiropractic work done while being so pregnant but after meeting Dr. Berry and speaking with him, I felt completely comfortable and safe. Unfortunately I live about an hour away so I stopped going once I had my daughter, but have recently gone back because I am now pregnant with my second and there is no one else that I trust to see, especially while being pregnant. Dr. Berry is very kind and professional. He takes the time to listen to any physical issues you may be experiencing and there is no doubt that he genuinely cares about his practice, patients and staff. His office is very clean and warm and all of his staff are welcoming and sweet, especially Diana! I've had a difficult time with the front desk persons due to telling me my insurance does not cover their services, which was not correct. I even called the insurance and offered all the details back to the receptionist. I asked to speak to a manager/ insurance specialist, and she was not available. Went there twice and no one called to followup with what's going on. Pretty disappointed as I waited 3 weeks to get an appointment in the first place. Just had my first visit at a chiropractor and I have to say I loved the experience! The front staff was very nice, and the back staff as well. Dr. Berry took the time to ease my anxiety and explain thoroughly what to expect. He told me what he was finding and what adjustments I needed. I recently wrote two reviews on this business and they were not favorable due to several circumstances. One, of which was the way they were dealing with me and my attorney regarding an auto accident, billing, and insurance. In essence they would not negotiate my bill unless i removed the first negative review. I recently have been informed that they have decided to work with my attorney and I would like to thank them for doing this. It has been a very rough 2 years for me. I was in the accident which totaled my car. Insurance wouldn't cover me because i had moved over from Hawaii. I ended up homeless for nearly a year for the second time, the pandemic hit, I lost my daughter, and then my job. So this will help bring the accident to a resolution and thank you CORE for stepping up and doing that. read more

I love this new location and my Chiropractor, Dr. Barry. He is so caring and carful with me. I started seeing him when I was pregnant with my son and he took such great care. He helped me find some easy exercises to do to help with my back pain and stretches too. This office also has a 30 min massage after you see the Doctor. It is so nice. My masseuse is Sara, and she is wonderful. I pay the extra $20 for a full hour of massage. I have sciatic pain and she can always work it out. The other masseuse is amazing too. I Love love love this chiro practice ! I honestly do not know why this office has any bad reviews. I had the best experience with Dr. Berry. He made me feel welcomed and acknowledged my concerns. I appreciated how he thoroughly evaluated me and asked about my history. No other chiro had been so thorough before. Dr. Berry's adjustments are the best. My body felt sooo loose after and without any pain. After the adjustment, Dr. Berry sent me to the water massage table which was fabulous. Here's my experience before I could even make an appt. I called and the receptionist answered. I said "hi! I'm new to this town and am 31 weeks pregnant. I'm looking for a chiropractor that can help put my hips back where they belong" and then I laughed. She said would you be cash or do you have insurance. I said insurance. She said what kind. It's a supplemental benefit through my employer. I have a $100 deductible and then then the insurance gets billed. She said what kind of insurance. I said I'm not sure what you're asking but I am not limited to any specific provider. She said the name. I said I don't know the specific name as its supplemental and not a direct part of my health benefits. Then I said, never mind. I have been on the phone with you for 30 seconds and you care more abut how I'm going to pay rather than helping me. Thank you. And then I hung up. Now, I fully understand that it's important that Dr. Berry need to be compensated for his services. And I have no issues with that. My issue comes in that he receptionist could have at least said been less aggressive and could have listened a bit better to what I was saying. We clearly we not understanding each other. I am already nervous enough having to find a new chiropractor, in a new town, while I am 31 weeks pregnant. This was my first impression of this office and unfortunately has left a very bad taste in my mouth. From the search results it looks like I may be out of luck in getting relief as it appears only Dr. Berry does prenatal chiropractic care. read more

Out of all the chiropractors I have ever seen, Dr. Berry is by far the best. If you are looking for a chiropractor, Dr. Berry is the right choice! I have lower back problems that have bothered me for years, and I have suffered from multiple athletic injuries. I knew it was time to try and get better after my third hamstring tear in 2011... I started looking around at different chiropractors because I didn't want to go where I had before--I wanted to find the BEST doctor possible. After a few weeks of researching and asking around, it was clear that Dr. Berry stood out as the best choice. I called and provided my insurance information and the receptionist was very helpful. She scheduled an appointment and I had no problem. Before my first appointment, I wrote down all of the problems I have experienced through the years so that I didn't forget anything because I was expecting a typical fast appointment with the Doctor. I am seriously so used to doctors making you wait an hour to see them for two minutes and hardly having enough time to talk to them. When I arrived at Advanced Wellness center, I only waited about fifteen minutes to see the doctor, and to my surprise, he SAT DOWN and started asking me questions! I could tell he genuinely cared. He wanted to know my full history and was in no rush. He was taking his time to fully evaluate me. He gave me an adjustment and created a treatment plan for me. I have never been more impressed! His staff was extremely professional and helped me understand my benefits through my insurance. They helped me schedule appointments that lined up with Dr. Berry's plan and my insurance coverage. I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't be pleased with both Dr. Berry and his staff. It's a rough world out there--I am treated poorly more often than not--but at Dr. Berry's office I am treated like a human being and a valued patient and customer. I have continued seeing Dr. Berry for the past 4 years, and I am happy to say that my lower back problems are better than they have ever been. Going to Advanced Wellness center has been one of the best decisions of my life. I am physically healthier than I have ever been. I am not getting injured anymore, AND I can function again at work, school, and athletically, which is far different from the shape I was in back in late 2011. I began seeing Dr. Berry in 2011, after suffering a back injury due to a car accident. I love his office, as all of the staff are professional and personable. I went several months without going in, then today my neck started acting up so bad that I called his office after work and I was getting adjusted 20 minutes later. They got me right in with no problems and a very short wait. I hadn't been into his office for about a year and a half and he still remembered my daughter's name! You can tell he really cares about his patients and enjoys his job. I highly recommend him and would never go to another chiropractor as long as he is around. read more
