In 2023, I was involved in a car accident and hired a lawyer from Los Angeles. My lawyer referred me to Haynes Jeffery Chiropractic, instructing me to complete all of my chiropractic treatments there. However, during my fifth visit, while I was receiving nerve treatment and lying on the bed with hot pads on my back, the chiropractor walked in mid-session. He informed me that "maybe I didn't have a case" and that he hadn't been paid yet. I explained that my lawyer had assured him he would be reimbursed once my case was settled. Despite my explanation, he asked me to get up and leave. I complied and immediately contacted my lawyer, who referred me to a different chiropractor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also want to mention that from my very first appointment, I felt the chiropractor was rude and seemed to have a bias against me, possibly due to my visible tattoos--especially the ones on my neck and back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It felt as though he was unwilling to help me, or anyone with visible tattoos, which made me uncomfortable. The way he dismissed me was highly unprofessional. He could have allowed me to finish my session, but instead, he abruptly interrupted my treatment, expressed doubt about the success of my case, and mentioned that he hadn't been paid. He then told me to leave immediately. I found this behavior disrespectful and unprofessional, especially since I was in pain. Following this, I had to wait an entire month to see a different chiropractor. Additionally, the office itself was small, and the waiting room was cramped, with patients seated very close together. The space felt more like a house converted into multiple treatment rooms. While I initially overlooked these issues because I was seeking relief from my back pain, the treatment I received during that fifth visit and the way I was dismissed left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. This is not how a patient should be treated. By the way, I received my settlement, which was a substantial amount. And guess who was the first to get paid? Yes, Haynes Chiropractic! Nonetheless, this is my review--perhaps he selectively chooses whom to treat based on his preferences. read more

The office is fairly close to me and got good reviews so I figured I'd give him a shot. When he found out I had seen chiropractors before he took that as a sign to not have to do an exam. He went over what issues I was having and I told him I had some issues with my neck that were subsiding and my biggest issues were my lower back and hips. He completely ignored my back and hips and seemed to focus on my neck. Once he finished the adjustment I felt a bit burning and tight sensation I'd never felt before. I asked if that was ok and if I should be feeling that. He said it would go away and walked out of the room. When he came back in to ask me to come back several days later I mentioned to him again that I was in a lot of pain and my neck was tight and burning and I couldn't really move it. He rubbed some cream on my neck and then continued to do adjustments on my neck. It definitely didn't help and made the feeling worse. I should have said something but I didn't want him to continue to attempt making adjustments when it wasn't helping. I know a first chiropractic adjustment isn't going to solve my problems but I shouldn't leave in more pain than when I walked in. The staff was very friendly and caring. They got me in promptly which was nice. If you're looking for someone to quickly and roughly adjust you then I'd say he's your guy. read more

I wasn't a believer in chiropractors but I went here a few times and it was incredible. Dr. Haynes is awesome and the staff was great . I work for the schools and our insurance covers everything. My shoulder was strained where I couldn't really lift it and after a couple of visits it was completely healed.
