Since I initially saw him for work on an injured forearm, I've ben back numerous times to help with injuries or general soreness before it becomes a problem. Chris helps me recover much more quickly from sports and work related soreness than I could ever expect on my own. His deep knowledge of the human body and structure leads him to work on all related muscle groups, rather than just targeting the sore areas. He also can explain why your body is feeling the way it is, and can help you with ways to not feel that way anymore. And, on a side note, if you're a 6'1" 240lb guy like me, don't expect a light touch.
