I did call before hand to make sure they were able to squeeze me in time wise. I was in and out in about an hour give or take a few minutes. Very professional and the staff were nice. I was missing a cord needed for install and they do carry most anything you need for dash cams or car upgrades. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a dash installed. They do offer a warranty on the work itself. The sitting area is pretty small and there isn't like a tv or anything. If you can leave your car and come back for it I would recommend that if you can. Again call in advance just to get an idea of how long it will be but if you can drop off it's probably easier. It's really a walk in basis by the looks of it. The value is there since it's not something I felt I could do on my own unless I wanted exposed wires. They do sell some too as well but I'm not sure the price on them. So you can bring your own dash cams for install and it's just the labor that's being charged of course. The place is conveniently located and easy to find. Plenty of parking right in front. Would definitely recommend. I didn't really shop around price wise since I really was looking to just get it done as soon as possible and I like that I didn't have to wait for any appointments or anything like that.

He was not high pressure for a sale, and even showed me how to make bass adjustments on my existing system. While the price for the new radio install was more than I wanted to pay, I could not be happier with it and I think not was worth the money. I opted to have them retain all of the steering wheel controls. He even connected my existing back up camera to the new system. Additionally I love the new dash cam. A driver was getting aggressive in traffic after a baseball game the other day and I pointed to the camera and said go ahead I have it all recording and he backed off and quit cutting people off. So it is definitely an effective deterrent. All the shop staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how they could greet new customers while maintaining their focus on the one currently being helped. I never felt ignored. And it was all done with a genuine smile. It looks like people are enjoying their work here. I appreciate that. As for the installation, I dropped the car off and left it for the day. When I picked it up, Tony came out to help set it up and give a tutorial for both the stereo and dash cam. I was impressed with how good it all looked. It's obvi not factory but it looks quite natural. The camera is behind the rear view mirror. I can see it and yet it is not at all obtrusive. I would absolutely recommend this shop and I will come here again in the future. Another thing that I loved is that aside from the new equipment, you would never have know work had been done. Two weeks ago I had all for show put in new speakers and a aftermarket alarm system my car ended up…read moregetting locked out because of the security system, and I was unable to start my car I had to pay for a tow to get it towed to all for show where they claimed that it had nothing to do with aftermarket alarm causing the security light to come on, and that it was due to my starter wire being unhooked from my battery and that they wanted $125 to put the wire back on. I explained to them this is probably because they unhooked my battery in order to put in the speakers and alarm and it was there work that they did that caused this issue. He explained to me that this is not their fault and that I have to pay after I told them I would not like to pay that I would like it to be fixed and the security light to be off he got very rude with me on the phone and refused to do the service. I ended up showing up and picking up my vehicle and fixed it within two minutes in the parking lot and drove away. They are exactly what their name says all for show. It looks good, but it doesn't work good. Their work is not good.
