I did allot of shopping and research to find the right components for my 2-trucks. Then I started looking for recommendations to have them installed, I had other places recommended by friends but found Active sound and gave them a call, they gave me a price right away and even better the price was almost 1/2 of other places i talked to!! Then they were able to doo the install the next day. Other places gave me vague responses and couldn't give me a firm install date/time. Had both trucks done and they came out great. The installer is great and has 20+ yrs experience. He helped me decide on some great options and installed everything . The shop has a tint company as well as tires and other things you can have done. I choose to have the new tint on my truck and it looks wonderful and keeps my truck muck cooler. I want to give a huge shout out to Carlos and the guys at active auto sound for hooking me up on my tint there was a few little mistakes that we agreed to fix(no ones perfect) and one of the guys forgot to put in a piece of black molding on my front window but i called them up and was able to get everything fixed keep in mind they aren't big issues needing to be fixed anyways they did an amazing job and i will be going back for my stereo. also Carlos went above and beyond, he picked me picked me up and dropped me off at my work just to get my business , it was well worth it and that's why it's all positive for me thank you for the amazing job and fixing the small issues #teamactiveaudio read more

Went here to get a radio receiver swapped out. I really wanted to like this place considering they were very responsive. They gave me an initial price, after installation they charged me much less than they had originally told me. At first I was confused and couldn't figure out why.. until I got into my car. The installer scratched up my gear handle, gear panel, and sliced my seat. They did not mention anything. Not sure if they thought I wouldn't notice but I did. So I'd say if you want your property damaged for a cheap price, then go here. read more

I don't even know where to begin... My speaker was blown and I needed a new speaker box and speakers that were hidden (the previous speaker was visible with no protection). I have little ones so, that didn't work out for me. Being that I am fairly new to San Jacinto, I wasn't sure where to take my truck to get my sound fixed. I asked around and almost EVERYONE recommended Active Sound, so I stopped by and got my quote. Their customer service and detail to what you want was phenomenal! They got my truck in the next day and it was done within 24hrs. On top of that, they cleaned up the horrific mess that the previous owners had installed and left it smooth and clean work! Literally... aside of my sound sounding amazing, my car was cleaned and even washed. It's the small details that matter. It felt like I had a new car again haha. This is THE shop to go to for anything you need, if they can't get it done theirselves they will find the guy to get it done, this is a one stop shop at the highest of levels. I found out about the shop by a friend who had some work done their previously, however I am ridiculously picky on the quality of work that I get done. I gave active sound a shot with a wiring job just to see how it went, not only did they get it done quickly they got it done the right way, Everything tucked away, and even custom mounts made to ensure the work looked cleaned. Since then I've done countless projects with them from a system and lighting in a old school, in new school trucks and cars, all the way to work on my work rigs, everytime I have an idea Carlos is on it and I know from seeing it over and over and over again him and his shop have the best interest in hand over every single customer they go interact with! I can't say enough good things about this shop but this is one you can't go wrong with, stuff happens but in the end active sound WILL make it right!
