This shop is the most incredible shop with the best customer service I have ever encountered hands down the best. They installed my L7 kicker 2400 watt subwoofer and amplifier. I brought them the equipment and found out my amplifier which is brand new in the box wasn't any good. That was not a problem at all they had the exact one I needed in stock. I simply returned the other amplifier to where I bought it from which happened to be an online store. I was blown away when they fired that bad baby up and we tested it with TOOLS 46 and 2. It definitely passed the test they did such a clean job didn't charge me an arm and a leg and they had a completely done within an hour and a half. I've been looking for a car audio business I can trust and I finally found it. I received excellent service from Jose. I was looking for a dash cam and a small subwoofer for my Corolla. Jose gave me a few suggestions but he never pressured me to buy anything expensive nor oversold me any items. I ended up buying an Alpine DashCam which is excellent and a small in one subwoofer/Amp. Both items were installed "clean" and they work excellent. Sure I can find a dash cam cheaper on Amazon but I have it to protect me from a frivolous lawsuit in case of an accident. So I paid good money for an excellent piece of equipment that is meant to protect me I highly recommend them for any of your vehicles needs. Brought car in, got a quote and confirmed they would be able to install my upgraded speakers in door. After couple days I was told speakers won't fit. Subwoofer box built was not measured correctly with screws showing. After complaining I was promised a new subwoofer box, upon delivery I can see it had jagged edge used by jigsaw to cut the opening. The carpet wasn't even wrapped properly and the biggest issue was the box was made of half inch mdf. On a subwoofer box? Quickly said no thanks. Never got any partial return for not installing my mods and tweets in the door. Panels were not put back and just tossed in my car. Scratches and scuff marks all along sides and back of my car where work was being done but owner quickly denied it. What could improve? Maybe some classes on taking car of customer's car and basic installing and understanding of car stereo. read more

We took our 2023 Telluride in to get the windows tinted and a sub and amp install. I was going to go with kicker but the owner talked me into going JL audio. I am so glad I listened because it sounds phenomenal. I've had some pretty big systems in this one 10 inch JL rocks. The install is super clean. It was ready when they said it would be. It sounds amazing. They did a great job on the window tinting also tinted a strip at the top of the windshield. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. This place is amazing! My husband wanted to get the speakers and the stereo (which were a big tangled wire mess) on our boat fixed. We are leaving for Parker this weekend and they got us in today and out in the same day.
