I've had him do all sorts of work and repairs on my house over the years, ranging from simple drywall and painting repairs, fixture installations all the way up to a ~$20k kitchenette. He's a licensed subcontractor as well, so I've even had electrical and plumbing done *also* at a competitive rate (subcontracted separately as well as part of kitchenette work). This works out well for me considering he'll help oversee it, time it such that he'll also do the repairs shortly after any holes need to be made. With any and all work he does, he offers not only great solutions (better than some dedicated specialist contractors) but also better-quality results, done holistically. It's hard-earned praise. I've worked directly with various plumbers, various electricians and also had him do some other work as well as subcontract out what was needed. These days I've learned to bounce my ideas off of him first before going out and getting a specialist first.

Only 2 runs so far, going to a network closet, but we will likely be adding more at some point. They were able to put the jacks exactly where we wanted, and used a professional faceplate for where the runs terminated in the network closet, as opposed to something open in the wall. They also cleaned up a bunch of non-functional cable from outside the house. Super patient and nice people, and Stephen gave us a lot of options for the install, even though it ended up just being the 2 runs.

Happily, this gave us the opportunity to finally upgrade our 10+-year-old surround sound wiring with a more modern, sleeker setup. We reached out to Intellihome, they heard our ideas, added a few additional quality-of-life features that we hadn't even thought of, and got to work. Im not sure what I was expecting, but the end result exceeds even those vague expectations. The new wiring is a big future-proofing upgrade, wires are tucked neatly into the wall, and as you can see in my photo, there are zero cables hanging from the TV -- a crucial feature when you have four curious, chaotic cats. Intellihome was extremely easy to work with, exceedingly professional, and they do great work. When we eventually opt for further surround sound upgrades, we'll be calling Intellihome.
