The massage itself felt okay. I remember looking over and seeing the lady massaging my boyfriend straddling him. I think the guy massaging me also straddled my back. That's different. You don't really meet who is massaging you. You go in, undress and lay down. They massage you then leave. It feels a little weird when you're there. Great prices but I would recommend going somewhere else.

It could use a nice facelift and some streamlined decorating to keep the vibe more relaxing and spa-like. The massage experience begin in a semi-private space just beyond the lobby where my partner and I had a nice foot soak and foot massage in comfy chairs. I would go back for this part of the massage as it felt amazing. It was a little bit of a mood killer to hear the front desk chatter and other people in their rooms while we were in this spot but the massage was still awesome. We then were brought back to our private room for the massage. Our therapists did ask for our desired level of pressure and I do think that was met. The parts that were less than desirable though started when the therapist firsr begin in on my back without oil. After about 5 minutes of my dry skin feeling stretched she applied oil and it felt so much better. The bed itself was chilly so could have really benefited from a heating blanket too. We were face down longer than ideal so my forehead did take a few hours to recover from the face holder. The massage itself was good outside of the non-oil portion and an uncomfortable scalp massage that felt more like my hair was being pulled. The ability to schedule very last minute and the value is the cost made the experience all in all a 3 stars.

Quietly soaked my feet ahead of my appointment (get there 15 minutes early; it's worth it!!) John did a fantastic job. I hadn't had a scalp massage before but I don't think I'll ever skip it again. Great pressure level, very comfortable the whole time. I had seen someone go in the spa ahead of me but it was so quiet you'd never know anyone else was there. Please note you can add tip on a card should you pay with one: there is a 4% fee for card transactions. They do notify you of this ahead of time, and that cash is preferred, but no guilt should you prefer to pay with card (like I do).
