I arrived at 8:15am since most clinics required us to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment. Waited till 8:30am no one there. Later to find out they open at 9:00am. If you open at 9:00am, why give 8:30am appointment and expect us to be there on time. -Before making the appointment I gave my insurance information for them to verify if they take my insurance or not. They called me back stating that my insurance ok and no copay nor doctor referral needed. That even shows on the reminder they send the day before the appointment. When I arrived at my appointment, they expect me to pay $80 stating they don't accept my insurance. Way to cheat on your patient... pathetic. So, if you don't mind wasting your time and being cheated, then go ahead if not, stay away from this place.

You can call them first, then front desk will direct you to text their office number to schedule an appointment and provide insurance card if you have it. First of all, the cupping all reviewers are mentioning about is very basic where you can easily buy from Amazon and it is the air cupping. He didn't clean the cupping even before he used it on me. During the cupping, some were loose and he didn't even bother to re-do it and tie them up. You can tell from how he did it that he is so amateur. The one cupping he used with the machine is toy-like. Again, he didn't sanitize or clean it at all. After the cupping, I felt no difference at all. Besides that, he used some "energy water" he said he created himself to help blood circulation. That almost made me laugh in front of his face. There's no hygiene in his little office at all. He used the same cloth that cleans your feet to clean your ear. What the heck is that? The worst experience with this guy is he tried to brain wash people during the entire "treatment". He tried to adjust his voice high and low almost like a little clown to make you feel better, however during the half an hour session he literally did nothing! He used the toy cupping for probably 5-10 minutes, he used his "home-made energy water" to clean my feet and ears for 5-10 minutes and then he told me how to breathe so that i have better sleep for another 5-10 minutes.
