Dr. Tseng is the best chiropractor that I have ever seen. I've seen many chiropractors in the last 20 years. Dr. Tseng is the only chiropractor who listens, examines, provides treatment recommendations, and performs adjustment. He's the only chiropractor who adjusts so deeply which provides an incredible result. I myself has an on and off lower back issue for the past 10 years. I recently twisted my lower back from a sport. Through various recommendation of Dr. Tseng from friends, I finally decided to make an appointment with Dr. Tseng and I should've came see him earlier. Pros: 1. Making the appointment is very simple. You can call them first, then front desk will direct you to text their office number to schedule an appointment and provide insurance card if you have it. You can also text them any questions, and they'll answer you right away. They'll verify it with insurance company immediately and let you know the copay and if there's any additional treatment (gua sha, stretching table, acupuncture, or massage) that requires cash pay. 2. Upon arrival to the office, there's minimal wait. The front desk is very efficient, professional, and friendly. 3. Dr. Tseng knows his stuffs. He will perform the chiro adjustments to your pain point. His treatment is so deep that you can feel that he treats the right on spot. I have lower back pain and it was pretty much 90% recovered in two treatments. He's also very friendly! He will be my go-to chiro in the future and I highly recommend Dr. Tseng if you ever need a true chiropractor. Cons: None. read more

If you enjoy chasing people for basic communication, this chiropractor's office will give you plenty of practice. I called multiple times and left my information, but never received a reply. To make sure it wasn't just a phone issue, I even stopped by the office in person and gave my contact details again. Still nothing. I later called again and left my information one more time -- with the same impressive result: silence. To be fair, the chiropractor did help me before, so I know he has the skills. Unfortunately, during visits he is extremely talkative and easily loses focus. Instead of concentrating on the actual pain and treatment, the conversation tends to wander everywhere. If you are looking for a long casual chat, you may enjoy the experience. If you are looking for focused treatment, it may be a different story. Overall, the communication is quite an adventure. I have been seeing Dr Tseng for years. Very good service and friendly. He also always have availability. Great communication and highly knowledgeable in holistic health. I suffer from many different symptoms.... Dr Tseng spent a lot time working on my muscles before any adjustment. He combined the "Gua-Sha" technique which helping the blood flow better and lessen toxins in my body. They have plenty of massage equipment. When I got there, I was sent to the massage bed. The massage parts of the massage bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed it very much. The therapist will then ask me which body part is uncomfortable, and then use the most effective treatment to relax your uncomfortable area in order to achieve the therapeutic effect. I have been seeing Dr. Robert Tseng since I was involved in an automobile accident that resulted in 3 herniated disks in my back and neck. My short story ---- Thank goodness! I found Dr. Tseng. He has absolutely changed my life!!! The long story is ---- I have taken so much trouble to look for a good doctor that can take care of my bone and muscle problems, and I almost lost hope, but God finally guided me to see Dr. Tseng! I have quite a few problems: my spine is not quite straight due to my incorrect sitting position in my teenage time; I had a couple of falls and they triggered bunch of disorders in my hip joints and messed up the angle of my tailbone. I was consistent enough to see chiropractors and physical therapists, however, treatments I got didn't help much and my pains have grown along with my age. Unfortunately, due to high demand, Dr. Tseng no longer receives car accident cases involving a lawyer (lien-basis). Although I did go to his clinic due to a car accident injury, a lot of burning sensation and discomfort on my neck, I paid out of pocket and he was able to provide me a report at the end of my visits. After the first visit I felt over 50% improvement already! Before the visit, I felt a lot of discomfort and even dizziness due to the whiplash injury on my neck but after Dr. Tseng's adjustment, my neck received more mobility! I have been here for about 4 years. My first visit was due to car accident, after that I've been a regular visitor for adjustments. Unlike other chiropractic clinics I've seen, Dr Tseng and his assistant Annie really take a good care of their patients. I usually schedule appointment with Annie over the phone. For 70.00 you get a full history taken by both Dr.'s (Dr. Tseng, Robert and Dr. Chris both so young looking & handsome ha ha!) I received: adjustment, massage, acupressure, adjustment, traction, and ultrasound. Yes adjustment twice. You get so much education about how the spine and muscles work. He knows that sometimes its a muscle issue and sometimes you need to be put back into place. What amazed me was when he pointed out my collar bone which I said nothing about.. My collar bone was killing me that morning! I was so hyper focused on my hand being numb that I just popped 2 aspirin and got on with my day. Im soooo glad he saw that!!! Magic Powers? Both Dr's have a fresh education and mix old world with new techniques to give you the best care. I have had supposed heat ultra sound from other dr.'s and didnt feel a thing and It didnt cure the problem. I switched to this dr.' and 75% of the issue is gone. I was able to get some sleep. most of the tingling has gone. His machine is an old world,unfiltered brand from Germany and I could feel it working so good that I had to stop right at the end there. Amazing! He is going to apply chest stripping to get rid of the adhesions that is causing a chi energy blockage. I know I am overdue for all chiro. its been 3 years. If your hardcore into fitness like me.. stay tuned up. He can do it all... Crack you from the front, or old fashion manual if you prefer, he likes to use the activator gentle touch, and has roller tables and traction, ultrasound and knows extensive sports therapy massage.
