She didn't question my use of Rx drugs or diagnoses, instead she listened attentively and asked me about recent bloodwork. Under my Kaiser insurance I had two free acupuncture appointments a month, so I decided to try it. After just 2 visits, I finally started to feel less pain in my lower back and neck. Dr. Chang really is thorough and kind, she wrote down all my complaints, and checked in with my pain level at every visit. She made me feel like I deserved to be healthy. Dr. Chang really paid attention to my mobility issues (I am only 32) and was able to request more visits based on the severity of my condition.
