Sorbae opened in 2023, and they have a store in New Bedford and also a trailer that they bring to local events! Either way, they are serving up yummy sweet treats and drinks! This shop really caters to those with allergies who can't easily find lots of delicious treats or desserts that meet their dietary needs. They do a nice job of letting you know what items are gluten free, nut free, vegan, or dairy free! However the taste is not compromised at all! Extremely refreshing, fruity and the white chocolate was a perfect accompaniment to the strawberry. My heart was tugging me to a matcha float but I had just had pizza next door (Dipper Cafe.)
