Was told there would be a $25 service call fee and labor started at $29 depending on the type of vehicle. Was told they could have someone to my house in 15-20mins. Called a local competitor and was given a quote of $55-$65 for my 2005 Dodge Durango but it would be 30mins before they could get to me. Unfortunately decided to go with Eric the Shady Guy because I was already late for work. Not only did the guy show up 1hr. 40mins later they wanted to charge me $150 for the 2 mins it took for him to enter my vehicle!!! I then tried calling the business to speak with a manager/supervisor to dispute the outlandish cost and was told that he would not accept my call unless I paid for the service! Complete BS!!! Stay away!!

Not only was his price the best, he didn't put me on hold and look for someone to answer me or have me call back later. He was also the only one who didn't berate me while on the phone, hang up, or ask me stupid questions that had nothing to do with what I wanted done. I scheduled to meet nearby two days later, he showed up on time, cut the key, programmed the remote, charged me what he quoted, and was very friendly and professional the entire time. I felt like an actual valued customer. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I won't use anyone else from now on.

My experience with Mr Locksmith fits the latter description. I lost my car keys while in Atlanta for work and needed someone to make a new key so I could get back on the road. The ford dealerships quoted a 2-3 day leadtime however when your travelling for work away from home you dont have 2-3 days to wait for a new key. Mr. Locksmith met me at my car within 30mins of calling, and immediately began to work on making a new key. My car represented a huge challenge in that the key is a high security specialized blank that nobody seemed to have available. Mr Locksmith spent over 11hours driving across greater Atlanta searching for the right match. Most locksmiths would have given up or not taken the job in the first place however Mr Locksmith remained persistent and worked through the night (3:00AM when he finished) to get the job done. He knew I had a business meeting 2hrs away at 9AM the next day and made sure I had an operable key to take me there by the next morning. Its a very rare thing to encounter someone passionate about their work these days, and Mr Locksmith is that, a guy who is honest, fair, and passionate about helping others. It's important to choose a locksmith company with a reputation for professionalism and integrity. A hard lesson has been learned from this horrible experience. Calling a number that was received from searching for a locksmith in Decatur. In return, they sent out Mr. Caffey. He's been very disrespectful and uncaring about the damages he created to my van. When calling to complain about his services. Mr. Caffey pretended to be the 1st Company's resolution department. He assured me all would be taken care of. Receiving a personal email that He's never responded back to has been very frustrating.  Please, Please, please find a kind, caring, professional  Locksmith and Mr. Caffey 24/7 Locksmith is definitely not the one to choose. His services are not up to a minimum standard needed to have reoccurring clients. Definitely lacks customer service skills with compassion for others' property.

He even took the time to explain to me the difference between the two locks and the skill that was required to unlock a deadbolt and the risk of damage. Now that I think about it, I didn't get his name but did offer him some pound cake bc I was so impressed with his gentle nature and professionalism.

I was given a $175 bill for re-keying and now I have to have my door repaired and have the handle removed to repair the damage done by locksmith services roswell! I'm so mad! I wasn't quoted a price for handle install and when mentioned that I didn't want it installed l- the guy said too late! Also when pointed out the split wood he just shrugged.
