TL;DR: Overpriced, doesn't listen, poor workmanship, bad materials, and will leave you in the…read morelurch. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I called this company to come fix a lock where the tumbler had come out. I don't know if they contract their work out, but the guy that showed up didn't have the right tools to rekey a tumbler, and he literally took my key to his car to try all the deadbolts in his trunk in the vain hope that he might hit the lottery. He tells me he can't get a lock that matches the one that's in the door, but that he can get a generic equivalent that will look close, and he'll be back tomorrow. So I spend a night with a door that anyone could open with a screwdriver. I considered calling them back and canceling, but I stupidly let it ride. He comes back the next day, rekeys the new lock and puts it in. That's when I notice it doesn't look anything like the lock it was replacing. I ask him about it, and he claims that I had agreed that all that needed to match was the color. So now I have a modern style deadbolt jarringly paired with more classic style door hardware. But I've already gone 48 hours with no functional lock, so I figure I'll pay the guy and call someone else. Yeah, he asked me for $205. For 15 minutes of work and an off-brand lock mechanism. I lost my cool and swore at him, and he "fixed" it by cutting the ask to $185, claiming he could waive the "trip fee". At this point, I just wanted him out of my house, so I left him swipe my credit card. After he left, I went to close the door behind him and realized he got the bolt slightly off center, so I have to shake the door after pulling it closed to get the deadbolt to close. I'm going to be paying someone to redo this shoddy work, and I'm posting this review in the hopes that you don't make the same mistake I did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
