I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.

May, 2026, I filed a suit in Small Claims Court. A judgement was entered against Chrisupholstery. Judge ruled. My $1,100 must be returned to me. July, 2026, they still refuse to abide by court's order. Next step, return to court. Initiate "Enforcement proceedings ." Sheriff will force them to obey court's order.
